More Craziness in Jodi Arias Trial: Dumb and Dumber, Nurmi & Willmott, Want to Throw Out "Extreme Cruelty" Ruling

Why am I NOT surprised? Crazy Eyes is probably throwing tantrums in her cell and demanding that Nurmi and Wilmott try every last trick in the book to get the extreme cruelty ruling thrown out. Because you know, she thinks she's a lawyer and knows more than her defense team.

In case you missed the memo, here is the latest, straight from the Dum-fense:

"Given the apparent difficulties that judges faced (prior to the ruling) in applying the statute in a uniform, consistent manner, juries are understandably even less equipped to do so," defense attorney Kirk Nurmi wrote in the motion filed late last week." (Source: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/06/27/jodi-arias-death-penalty_n_3508995.html)

Bring on the Train Wreck & Her Three-Ring Circus Defense...Here We Go Again!

You have got to be kidding me!! Isn't that the point of a JURY - that's THEIR job to decide whether extreme cruelty was used. Guess what,  Nurmi, it was already decided!! This is utter nonsense. The last jury ruled extreme cruelty--there are no "do-overs." DUHHH!!! What do they think? That everyone, including the judge, will be totally clueless and not listen or pay attention to the evidence. You know, like the forensics evidence of the grisly murder scene. Yeah let's just ignore the "extreme cruelty" facts: she stabbed Travis 29 times, slit his throat from ear to ear, and shot him. Actually, that is BEYOND extreme cruelty--that is pure heinous brutality spawned from She-Devil herself.

"Oh well, as jurors we'll let you slide on the "extreme cruelty" part," said no jury EVER to Jodi Scarias. This isn't a matter of splitting hairs based on semantics in a statute. There is NO doubt or question that extreme cruelty was used -- forensics evidence does not lie. And it hasn't lied throughout the entire trial--unlike Jodi Scarias--queen of all pathological liars.

Yes, I know it's Nurmi's "job" to defend her. I use the word "job" loosely when it comes to her defense because he obviously didn't care about her throughout the trial when he sat slouched in his chair digging for gold and looking bored.

But once again, this is ANOTHER lame, last-ditch attempt to try and save her from the death penalty before her July 18 hearing. Although, I thought he and Whiner Wilmott planned to ditch Train Wreck - guess they are singin' a different dum-fense tune now. Or she's stamping her feet and threatening to pull a crazy again if they don't do what she says. Not to mention, she's probably pissed off because she can't give anymore TV interviews so she can spew more lies about the trial and Travis -- wahh wahhh, cry me a freakin' river!

We don't want her stalling or pulling any of her manipulative tricks. Although, I wouldn't put it past her to pull a fast one on July 17 to get her out of the hearing. Maricopa County, just keep her in her stinky jail cell for 23 hours where she can rot and fester until next month. Have fun wearing those prison stripes--I bet a nice cold Starbucks frapp would taste really good right now, Cry baby...awwww too bad you can't have one.

Hey Nurmi and Wilmott, I have ONE word for you and your ludicrous BS motion:  DENIED!!!

Justice for Travis!!!!! Juan is not going to take this lightly!

Nurmi Whines For Mistrial Motions AGAIN in Jodi Arias Trial & Judge Stephens Denies AGAIN

This week started off with a bang as Nurmi continued on his annoying broken "track" record by whining about Juan Martinez's "misconduct" (just because he signed a few autographs) and how he intimidated and screamed at defense witnesses, LaViolette and Samuels. Cry me a river. In usual classy Martinez fashion, he held his own and the motions were denied by Judge Stephens.

Defense Whines That Martinez Was Mean to LaViolette

Nurmi accused Martinez of being mean to the defense witnesses (especially LaViolette) - another reason why Nurmi wanted a mistrial. I wasn't too worried though. I knew Judge Stephens would deny the motions. Nurmi was desperate and grasping at straws and based on his whiny tone of voice in court today, it's clear that Nurmi is jealous of Martinez (and has a personal vendetta against him). Wahhh, boohoo, Nurmi, isn't a cool kid and people ask Martinez for his autograph.

Yeah, hardly grounds for misconduct, so get over yourself, Nurmi It was just another sad pathetic attempt for Nurmi to get out of the trial: he doesn't want to be there so he desperately wants out which means begging every chance he gets for a mistrial. Not gonna happen!

Judge Stephens mentioned there was a fine line between "zealous advocacy" and professional misconduct but Martinez hadn't crossed any unethical lines - yeah, stick that in your pipe and smoke it, Nurmi! If anything, Martinez should complain about LaViolette and stick her with contempt of court for her rude outbursts on the stand. She was the one who has anger management issues and should be admonished - NOT Juan Martinez.

Martinez Brings up Arias' Tweets Sent By Donovan Bering

Martinez walked a fine line and could have definitely been more harsh about Arias' tweets. He was calm, cool and collected as he mentioned how the tweeting behavior was considered unethical because she is technically still a witness and isn't supposed to be talking about the trial. Good call. But Martinez has a lot of class: he told Judge Stephens that he didn't want to be seen as "intimidating" Arias by investigating her Twitter account. So he let that one lie and Judge Stephens said she wouldn't move forward unless she had more evidence--this was the first time she had heard about Arias tweeting (via Donavan Bering).

I applaud Judge Stephens for sticking to the letter of the law when it came to denying the motions for mistrial. She can sometimes be too wimpy but she held it together today by not granting the motion, and I think even she's tired of hearing Nurmi whine about Martinez. Wahhh, he's mean to me, wahhh!!

Like she pointed out, the jurors weren't present when all of this went down...so moving on, people. They even brought Grace Wong (a producer for InSession) to the stand to testify that there were no jurors present outside the court room when Martinez signed autographs. How many MORE times can the defense whine about Martinez's popularity? He can't help it if people like him and loathe the defense!! Big score for the prosecution today!

More Bogus Evidence: Image Expert Called Back to Stand

There was a hearing this morning and the defense brought back image enhancement expert witness, Bryan Neumeister, to discuss the supposed "images" that were reflected in Travis' eye. There have been tons of conspiracy theories circulating online and in the media about "who" was supposedly reflected in this image. Were there multiple people? Was Arias holding a gun or knife? The defense didn't bring up the Mormon theory but they were grasping at straws (AGAIN) to prove that Arias didn't have a knife or gun (as reflected per the image)--that she only held the camera in her hands.

Martinez said he could see a dog in the photo - he proved the point that there is no way you could really tell WHAT was reflected in Travis' eye in the shower photo. You could ask ten different people and you would get ten different answers, according to Martinez, and I agree. It was a very lame attempt and I felt sorry for Travis family who had to listen to this load of crap. Who knows WHAT is reflected or NOT reflected in the photo? It's very subjective! It broke my heart as his sisters cried (probably because they were just a few feet away from Arias and had to look at the back of her she-devil head as they listened to Nurmi's lame ramblings!)

A lot of wasted time today in court!!! UGH! The lunch recess turned into two hours of waiting, with defense behind closed doors begging Judge Stephens to allow Neumeister to testify as a defense witness. Judge Stephens finally made the following statement around 3 pm MST and then took the evening recess.

"Ms. Arias was not holding a knife or gun in her hands when exhibit 159 was taken… That photograph was taken on June 4, 2008 at 5:29:20."

Stay tuned...court resumes tomorrow at 9:30 am MST.

Jury Doesn't Buy Defense Circus Act: Alyce in La-La Land Gets Schooled by Jurors' Questions

THANK YOU jurors for asking such detailed questions to LaViolette today. You could just hear their skepticism in the questions, and they aren't buying any of her crap. Despite the late start time and an extra long lunch recess, we finally got to the juror questions this afternoon. While I still wanted to puke every time LaViolette opened her mouth, there were some doozies that the jurors asked. These jurors aren't stupid and they paid close attention to EVERY minute detail of LaViolette's testimony.

And Here Comes the Lying Questions...

The jury asked questions ranging from "did Jodi lie to protect her case?" to "is it possible that Jodi could have exaggerated her story of abuse?" Yes and YES!

  •  How confident are you that Jodi didn't lie to you?
  • How were able to know that everything she told you was true if she lied in the past?
  • LaViolette: "I don't know if everything she told me was true."

EXACTLY!

All BS answers as LaViolette  swore up and down that Arias didn't lie to her about "significant" things. Oh, you  mean, like lying about the ninja intruders and how she changed her story about KILLING Travis Alexander? You  mean THOSE kinds of significant LIES!

NO & NO To The Abuse Questions!
Alyce in La-La Land was drilled about Travis ex-girlfriends:

Did any of them EVER report physical, emotional or verbal abuse?

That would be a BIG NO!!! Not one of his ex-girlfriends ever said that Travis abused them. Another good one: "Is there ANY evidence that she was physically abused other than her finger?" Uhmmm NO!

Was Jodi The Abuser? Uhmmm YES!
These jurors are asking the SAME exact questions I would ask. They dialed into Arias as the abuser and asked if possibly she could be the abuser and NOT Travis? Ding ding! But of course, LaViolette used her crappy biased excuse to say that she had plenty of "written" corroborative information to make a fair and accurate assessment.

Let's look at the evidence LaViolette DID NOT collect in  her assessment:
1. No interviews with the victim, Travis Alexander
2. No interviews with Travis' family, friends, colleagues, ex-girlfriends, etc.
3. NO verbal or written confirmation (besides Arias) from anyone that Travis EVER abused Arias - Travis never once badmouthed women or said mean things about ex-girlfriends in his own journal.
4. No interviews with Arias' family - the family that told Detective Flores that she is mentally unstable and freaked out on a regular basis!
5. NO interviews with Arias' ex-boyfriends. My guess is Arias blackmailed ex-boyfriend, Darryl Brewer, and told him he better say nice things about her or else! And I won't even go there with that bozo Matt McCartney. He's already lied so forget him as credible or trustworthy.

LaViolette's Credibility Goes Bye-Bye After Jury's Questions Today

LaViolette's credibility was shot out the window this afternoon. She still couldn't give a YES or NO answer which drove me nuts. But it was well worth the wait - the questions that shocked LaViolette were the piece de resistance of the entire day:

"Why did you look over at Jodi and smile at her?"

"When asked about the Purple Plum, why did you look over and smile and shrug your shoulders at Jodi?"

Ohhh SNAP!! Goooooo Jury!

Not only were these awesome questions, but they threw some of that snark back on La-La Land Lady. LaViolette was a bumbling fool as she tried to the answer the question -she even threw up her hands at one point and said, "I really don't know how to answer that question." She gave a faux-innocent answer and said she was smiling at her friends in the audience - yeahhhh right!

Other questions tackled LaViolette's clear bias in her testimony - did she have personal feelings for Jodi or feel sorry for her? She babbled in her usual grating, annoying fashion and said that she did like her but established clear boundaries. Boundaries? That's a complete joke. Can you say Kool-Aid drinker?

The jurors are NOT suckers! I LOVE this jury - they aren't buying LaViolette's crap AT all!!

Sidebar at the defense table: Arias put on her pretend sad face and then her mad face. It reminded me of the mad-sad face game I play with my two year-old niece. Look I'm sad, look I'm mad - wahhhhh! Talk about a big faker...And I'm NOT talking about the phone sex tapes either!

Did Someone Say Man Hater?
The questions got more pointed and direct as Judge Stephens read them out loud. Another favorite question was when she was asked about her bias towards male abusers. She tried to weasel out of that one by talking about her male colleagues, her sons, blah blah blah. No, LaViolette, you are a MAN hater and biased against Travis. If the jury asked those questions, then they can clearly see how much she dislikes men (including Juan Martinez).

And the best question of the afternoon...

"Is it possible that Jodi manipulated you like she manipulated others?"

DUHHH...YES!!! Of course, LaViolette said she didn't think Arias manipulated her. Wow, just WOW!

Dumb & Dumber:  Donavan Tweets Nasties About Juan Martinez & Nancy Grace

I LOVE what Mark Eiglarsh said about Jodi Arias tonight on HLN: "She has the first amendment right to be an idiot." I absolutely agree. I don't agree that Twitter is allowing Arias to tweet nasties through her ex-felon friend, Donavan Bering, who is even a bigger idiot than Arias for being her little pawn in Arias' sick and twisted game!

This is another desperate ploy from nutjob Arias - she is losing control and is trying to gain the upper hand. But how stupid she can be? It makes me laugh. Although, she is REALLY stupid to slander Juan Martinez - the very man who could send her to her death. She also slandered HLN and tweeted that she flipped the bird in court (on purpose) to Nancy Grace. I would pay money to see Nancy Grace in the same room with Arias and see her rip her to shreds - one can only hope!

The Kool-Aid drinkers continue to feel sorry for her and tweet their support (another bunch of crazies). These are the same vicious trolls and hackers who are stealing people's identities off Facebook and Twitter, and create fake social media accounts (they have gone so far as to steal children's pictures with bullying, insulting comments attached to them). There is one pro-Arias site that is white screening and nabbing people's ISP information--nice people, huh? Steer clear of these batshit crazy psychos. Not to mention these sites are making money off the clicks/views - do NOT visit these sites if you want to maintain  your privacy and safety.

Crappy Doodles Alert - Arias' Artwork Seller Revealed!
One of my fellow Facebook group members (way to go, Gabriela Molino!) played detective today and found out that the person who is selling Arias' artwork is...wait for it...Arias' buddy and Maricopa County felon/parolee Sherri Tanner. She is also the same "Sherri" who sold Arias' crappy doodles on eBay which they can't sell anymore - oh, too bad! PS - thanks to all my supporters who signed my blog to urge eBay to shut down her art listings.

All kinds of crazy drama today with the trial today. We can only hope that the juror questions will get even better! It breaks my heart to watch the Alexander family in court. Justice WILL be served!

TRIAL SCHEDULE UPDATE! Court will be held on Friday from 9:30 - noon MST.

JUSTICE FOR TRAVIS!

Jurors Ask: Hey Jodi Arias, Why Should We Believe You Now?

Ding, ding, ding - today's score: Jurors & Juan Martinez win by a landslide...Nurmi & Arias: 0!

Jurors asks MORE questions today (64 total) and Juan Martinez dons his legal boxing gloves and gets in the ring with the lying lioness, Arias.

Jury Bombards With More Pointed Questions While Arias Pretends to Look Sad

The jury continued to question-bomb Arias on the stand today and I give major props to this jury. They aren't messing around with this psychotic liar. They want answers and they want them now - minus the bull ca-ca she keeps shoveling at them.

By the questions asked today, it's obvious that the jurors are frustrated with her and her convoluted lies. They threw down some hostile and semi-sarcastic questions today. The looks on Arias' face today were priceless...she went from smiling actress to sad to boring her spawned-from-Satan, devilish eyes into Juan Martinez. Arias looked almost stressed and she didn't look all that comfy when Nurmi dragged on and on with MORE sex questions (seriously, we've heard enough about the anal sex and KY jelly, Nurmi!) She did squeeze a few tears for dramatic effect...it wouldn't be Arias on the stand without a few fake boo-hoos!

But when Martinez unleashed on her, he put on his gloves and he threw down this afternoon with hard-hitting questions...and if Arias' looks could kill...woah. Arias was fidgety and twitchy and she did NOT like being on the Martinez hot seat.

Jury Asks Arias Point-Blank: After All The Lies You Have Told, Why Should We Believe You Now?

Oh snap, no they didn't...oh YES, they did. This was the BEST question I heard out of all the questions that were thrown at Arias today. Wait for it...Arias literally gulps and takes a deep breath...and answers:

"Like I said before, I lied a lot. Each of those lies tied back to two things: protecting his ego, no, his reputation, and my own, and second, relating to any involvement in his death," she said.
Arias then paused dramatically.
"I understand that there will always be questions, but all I can do, at this point, is say what happened to the best of my recollection. If I'm convicted, that's because of my own bad choices," she said as prosecutor Juan Martinez objected loudly." (Source: ABC News)
Other doozies:

Why were you afraid of the consequences if you killed Travis in self defense?

Jodi answers that she believed it wasn't okay in any circumstances to take soemone's life, even if she was defending her own life. She didn't stop to consider how society would view her if she defended herself. She felt like she had done something wrong and she was afraid of the consequences.

Oh you mean, like getting arrested and going to jail? Whoops, too late, Arias!

Would you have told the truth if you had never been arrested?

I honestly don't know the answer to that. (Uhmm, NO she wouldn't tell the truth...EVER!)

Arias Pulled an Unloaded Fake Gun on Travis - How Does That Work?

The gun story is beyond ridiculous and she can't keep her stories straight - the story is almost laughable now. She claims that Travis' grandfather gave Travis the gun, but Travis never kept the gun loaded. There was no evidence of ammunition found in his home, NO holster, and in the state of Arizona, a criminal background check must be done for anyone who purchases a gun (that could be easily cross-checked). Not to mention, Dave Hall, Travis' friend, said he doesn't own a gun (and I'm sure his roommates would KNOW if he owned a gun or not due to home protection). So how does that work? Also, if Travis knew that his gun wasn't loaded when Arias allegedly pulled the gun on him, he wouldn't have been scared. Another HUGE hole in her lie!

Oh wait, that doesn't sound right...she loaded the gun with imaginary ammo (and she said she NEVER fired a gun but had slight knowledge of guns?) and then took it out of the holster AFTER she reached up to get the gun in the closet...all in a split second. Like I said before, I think she stole the gun from her grandparents' house and she obviously knew how to use a gun - lies and more lies!

Nurmi Slow Talks Away the Afternoon & Wastes Precious Time

I am surprised the jury didn't throw spitballs at Nurmi. He purposely dragged out his questions so Martinez wouldn't have a lot of time in his redirect this afternoon. Nurmi wasted time by dredging up the kinky sex details AGAIN (I personally think he relishes in the sexy details of this trial - eck!) and brought up her supposed journal entries. Honestly, I think her journal is a big fake and I think she created her "fantasy" diary after the fact (including the BS suicide story she writes about in her journal entries) and her argument with Travis on November 5, 2007.

I question the legitimacy of this supposed diary, especially when she claims she ripped out certain pages because of the Law of Attraction. She wasn't supposed to say bad things about other people so she ripped out all the alleged scathing entries about all the bad things Travis did to her. Yeah, right!

When Travis Passed Away...What??!!!
Really, Jodi Arias??!! When he "passed away?" His death was NOT accidental - she minimized the brutality of what she did. Talk about insulting and disgusting to Travis' family and friends. She killed him - stabbed him 29 times, slit his throat, AND shot him. Is that part of her foggy memory loss? This was horrible to hear and I am sure the jury was disgusted was as well.

Round 2: Juan Martinez Shreds Arias' Lies With Good Ole-Fashioned Logic

Martinez Knocks Arias Down with Gas Can Story to Show Pre-Meditation

There was a method to Martinez's strategy today and Arias went down in flames when he brought up the receipts and gas cans. She also can't do simple math or figure out logic. Martinez trips her up with her answer to the juror question about the gas cans. Arias claims she returned the third gas can to Wal-Mart in Salinas, Calif., where she received a refund. Are you sure, Ma'am?

Martinez asks: Would it surprise you, Ma'am, that there was never a record that you returned the gas can to Wal-Mart?

Arias looks shocked and said yes, it would, and I paid cash for the gas can and I got the refund in cash (Uhmmm hello, Wal-mart would still give her a receipt!)

It's Called Math & Logic - Get to Know It, Jodi Arias

The best "math and logic" moment, that totally obliterates the "Wal-mart gas can refund"  story, is when Martinez goes through the receipts from the gas station in Salt Lake City. The receipts show (and are cross-referenced with her Washington Mutual business credit card statement) that she filled up THREE times at the same gas pump 2 at the SAME Tesoro gas station in Salt Lake City. If you have logic in your brain, you should be following this fun equation quite easily...Arias not so much (she looked very confused while Martinez spelled out the math for her).
Arias' credit card statement: notice three separate puraches from  Tesoro  in Salt Lake City, UT  (Martinez cross-checked with her actual gas receipts from Tesoro)
The purchases at Tesoro were broken down as follows:

- 1st purchase was 9.583 gallons ($36.98)
 - 2nd purchase was 10.672 gallons ($41.18)
 - 3rd purchase showed $19.65 divided by $3.895/per gallon equals...wait for it...5.09 gallons of GAS!

AND the gas can she bought from Wal-Mart was 5 gallons. Funny how that works!

That blows her third gas can story out of the water. This shows pre-meditation. She did NOT want anyone to know that she was in Arizona so that's why she filled up three gas cans...count them, Jodi Arias, 1, 2, 3!!

Oh, That Pesky Finger - More Lies About Arias' Poor Lil Finger

Let's back up to the original story that Arias told Ryan Burns when she stayed with him the day after she killed Travis. Arias told Burns that she broke her finger (on her right hand) on a margarita class at the fake restaurant, Margitaville, she worked at.

Then she changes her story and tells the jury and Martinez that she jammed her finger on metal at Casa Ramos (her real place of employment). When Martinez questions about the cut finger, she reminds him that was a different time when she broke her finger on a glass at Travis' house (Oh okay!!!)

Jodi Doesn't Tell Manager About Her Injured Finger...Because It Never Happened!

Martinez rails into her and wants to know why she didn't tell the manager about her injury at work. Here comes the foggy memory: "I don't remember what was said." When Martinez continues to ask her if she reported the injury to her manager or asked her about the injury, she tells him that she assumed he knew since she told him she needed a band-aid because she was bleeding but it was too busy so she just put a band-aid on it because she had a "bazillion margaritas to make" that night.

Martinez was trying to prove that the injury didn't happen that night since there was no proof. She took a picture of her finger but her manager didn't know what happened because it NEVER happened that night. In California restaurants, they have to claim a workman's comp or at least a form would have been filled out if she had been injured that night (she gave a lame excuse that it was a privately-owned business and they only had 4 to 5 restaurants). So ridiculous - ALL restaurants, big or small, have to file a workman's comp claim.

Another lie exposed!

It was a crazy afternoon filled with rapid-fire questions from Juan Martinez and Arias looked pissed off most of the afternoon. She is losing control and she knows it. And she's stressed (note festering cold sore on her face). The jurors aren't buying her crap testimony and Juan exposed all the inconsistencies in the juror questions she answered in the past few days

...and Martinez has only JUST begun!!

The trial is on recess until next Wednesday! I need a break after these past few weeks. Beth Karas from InSession announced that MORE jury questions will be asked next week...so far, the jury has asked over 200 questions!

Jodi Arias Trial: Worst Defense Ever - Arias Changes Stories...Again

Day #15 - The Worst Day...The Worst Defense

After watching this debacle of a redirect (more like a lame re-hash) examination by Nurmi today, I came to the conclusion that this is the WORST defense I've witnessed during a criminal trial. Not only is it a slap in the face to Travis' family and friends, but Arias and Nurmi continue to make a mockery out of real domestic violence victims and I'm fed up with her ridiculous, insane lies...and I'm hoping the jurors feel the same way.

Not only is Nurmi's redirect boring and puts me to sleep, but the soap opera "I'm the victim" act is old and no one believes her. Her self-defense sham is crumbling at her feet. Does she honestly think that people actually believe these lies? I think the only one who believes her these days is naive Bryan Carr who swears Mormon intruders killed Travis as a part of a blood atonement ritual. Carr and his scary ilk need to stop drinking the Jodi Arias Kool-Aid and join reality!

Gas Cans...ZZZZZZZzzzz

Why did Nurmi continue to bring up the gas cans? Talk about a snooze-fest. I'm sure the jury caught a quick cat nap while Arias and Nurmi droned on and on about the gas cans. The cell phone records and gas receipts completely contradict Arias' story. To quote Nancy Grace, "She's a big fat liar!"

New Lie Revealed: The Gun Was In a Holster - Oh, Hello!
Here's a doozy: Arias claims that the gun was actually in a holster. Say what? Another lie to add to her long list. There is zero logic whatsoever in her gun story. From the pictures of the closet alone, there is no way she could grab Travis' alleged gun off a high shelf, take it out of a holster and then shoot Travis. The last time I checked, Arias wasn't a firearms expert - how could she quickly pull out the gun from a holster? She claims it all happened in a 'split-second' and if that's the case, there is no way she could have done all that and shot Travis in a short amount of time.

Nurmi Thinks He's a Psychiatrist Now
What a huge joke! Nurmi acted like he was a psychiatrist and questioned Jodi about her "condition" regarding her memory issues. It's called acting, Nurmi. Arias remembers every single detail (including every kinky sex position) but conveniently forgets the details of Travis' murder.

Oh boo-hoo, she wants to remember, Nurmi:
"Do you want to remember the events of June 4, 2008?"
"I feel like I'm the person to sit with those memories I don't have. Because they were my actions and my responsibility."
The Suicide Story...Again
That was Arias' fake teary-eyed response to Nurmi's questions about her "memory loss." She also had to talk about her biggest broken-record lie of all - how she wanted to kill herself. So why didn't she attempt suicide then? If she was truly sorrowful, hated herself, and didn't want to face her crime, she would have attempted suicide. Another LIE!

Arias Remains Stony-Faced While Detailing Travis' Murder
A victim of REAL domestic abuse would be sobbing and shaking on the stand, but Arias remained stony-faced and showed no emotion as she spewed the same BS story about her alleged abuse. She squeezed out a few tears for dramatic effect near the end of the testimony but it was in her usual fake fashion.

Enough with the Sex, Nurmi
I've had it with Nurmi going over the sex details again and again AND again! Enough already with the KY discussion. Worst line by Nurmi in the redirect: "He had an all access pass to your body." Gag. She admitted that she liked the kinky sex and she was never forced to have sex by Travis.  End of story - there was no sexual abuse or force!

Whattt!??? Travis Was Planning to Propose Marriage? I Don't Think So!!
I don't know what planet she was living on but I highly doubt that Travis EVER seriously proposed marriage to her. Talk about delusional! She even admits that he jokingly proposed to her on the phone - another huge lie! Where was the mention in her journal? Uhmmm, another lie to add to her long laundry list of disgusting lies!

Arias Called Out as Hostile Witness
Arias is delusional and pathetic...and oh yeah, she's a sociopathic killer. Arias' defense is shot and filled with huge holes, and Nurmi is grasping at straws. The funniest thing is that even the legal analysts are calling her a "hostile" and ineffective witness - ya think?

Jurors Ask 100 Questions
But my ears perked up when Judge Stephens announced at the end of the day that the jurors have 100 questions to ask...yup, 100, folks! Nurmi and Martinez will review the questions before the trial resumes tomorrow afternoon and will have a chance to object to the questions. I'm sure Nurmi will coach Arias on her answers and Martinez plans to review the questions with Travis' family. I have a strong feeling that the jurors asked excellent questions.

Trial resumes on Wednesday at noon PDT/ 3 pm EDT
