It's been a year since I've kicked off the dust on this blog. I've been busy and I also didn't feel like writing about Jodi Arias anymore. She's behind bars for the rest of her life -- where she belongs with the rest of the murderers!

I want to draw attention to a very high profile, important missing persons case that has recently caught my attention. Crystal Rogers, mother of five kids, went missing on July 3, 2015 in Bardstown, KY. The case has been on the national news for over 10 days now, and everything about this case screams FOUL PLAY, despite the fact that no signs of a struggle were reported. There are still no suspects named, but family is looking at the boyfriend, Brooks Houck. I agree that he looks ALL kinds of suspicious based on his behavior and TV interviews.

Here's a brief timeline of the events leading up to Crystal Rogers' disappearance:

Friday, July 3 - Crystal was last seen by live-in boyfriend Brooks Houck at their home in Bardstown. The couple and their two-year-old son went to his family farm earlier that evening. Houck reported that Crystal stayed up all night playing games on her phone and the next morning when he woke up Crystal was not at home. Crystal's family said she always had her son with her and never went anywhere without him. So it doesn't make a lot of sense why she just left her son behind at home, especially since it was out of the norm for her to go off just by herself.

Sunday, July 5 - Crystal's family finds her maroon Chevy Impala with a flat tire alongside Bluegrass Parkway. Her family stated that Crystal rarely visited that stretch of the Parkway. Her keys, purse and uncharged cell phone were found inside. The baby diaper's bag was found in the back seat as well.

Her family repeatedly called Crystal on her cell phone and her mom, Sherry, became very worried and on Sunday, she told Houck she was going to file a missing persons report. This is where it gets fishy. So you'd think her live-in boyfriend would be concerned and worried? Nope, he doesn't even go with her mom to file a report but tells Sherry he "thinks it's a very good idea."

The Unconcerned, Compassionless Boyfriend

The Rogers family says he hasn't shown any emotion or ANY compassion since she's been reported missing. Hmm no emotion, no compassion. Yeah, that's not a big red flag. Based on my research and articles I've read, Houck is far too calm and collected.

When asked about his involvement in the search for Crystal, he told Nancy Grace that he was "working behind the scenes" with police to help find Crystal. Also, if you listen to the language he uses, his answers sound FAR too rehearsed and like he's trying to convince himself that he didn't do anything wrong. Check out his interview here. He claims he is "100% innocent" and had nothing to do with her disappearance and just wants a "clean name" again. Hmmm. Methinks he doth protest too much?

Here are some facts we know based on interviews from Crystal's family and what's been reported by the media:

1. The relationship between Crystal and Houck was strained and trouble. It's also been reported he's been unfaithful and has fooled around with other women in the past.

2. They are not married but have a child together. Houck refuses to allow Crystal's family to see the child. A two-year-old child can see and understand a lot. Who knows what the child saw while in their home? It just raises more and more questions about why he has the child and doesn't allow the family to see him. Yes, he is the father, but to cut your child off from seeing their grandparents during a highly emotional and stressful time for the child doesn't make a lot of sense!

3. Crystal's brother and uncle suspect Houck is involved based on past behavior. They reported in a media interview that Houck turned off water and power in the past so Crystal and her kids wouldn't have access to electricity or water. He also locked them out of the house and Houck allegedly hurt her daughter's wrist.

I smell something rotten in Bardstown, Kentuck and this case just doesn't add up at all.

1. Her abandoned car looks staged.

You don't need to be in law enforcement to figure that out. Crystal's family said she had AAA and her dad said in the past she rode on her rims to safety after she had a flat tire. The family claims she would never stop in an unsafe area (on the side of the road) if she had a flat tire AND she rarely, if ever, drives that route.

Also, if you have AAA you would immediately call to report the flat tire and wait in your car. Also, there would be lots of forensic evidence such as footprints in and around the car to show signs of a struggle or if someone kidnapped her.

According to Sheriff Mattingly, there were no signs of a struggle in or around the location of her car. Her father, Tommy, has reported to the media that he "knows she wasn't in that car" and I side with her parents. It looks like a really bad staging of a crime scene -- even down to the flat tire. It's almost too perfect and too planned. Someone could easily and purposefully puncture a tire with a nail (how the car got a flat tire).

Also, why was the diaper bag in the the back of the car? If the baby was at home, wouldn't she leave the diaper bag at home?

2. It took law enforcement a week to get a search warrant AND to get permission from the Houcks to search their family farm.

If Houck and his family have nothing to hide, then why did they adamantly refuse the search warrant on their farm? That doesn't sound very "cooperative" or helpful to me!

3. Houck and his family aren't helping look for Crystal.

As the "concerned" and loving boyfriend of Crystal, you'd think he would be out there searching night and day for her. You would also think his family would offer to help too. Nope. Houck claims he's working "behind the scenes." More like he's hiding out behind the scenes because fingers are pointing at him.

4. And the biggest RED FLAG...Crystal told her family that if she ever went missing or if anything happened to her to look immediately at Houck. Ding ding ding.

So how can law enforcement figure out what's going on and if foul play was involved?

Cell phone records & cell tower pings are a good place to start. I'm sure they are already looking through her cell phone calls and Houck's calls to place where they were from Friday through Sunday. But that won't be released to the public to preserve the integrity of the case. If she was playing games on the phone that will show up on her cell phone.

I know the house they share together has been searched and the Houck family farm, but nothing has been released. Crystal's family and friends and search parties are out looking for Crystal every day. My heart goes out to the Rogers family and I hope they will find major clues and evidence sooner, rather than later, concerning Crystal's disappearance.

If you have ANY information regarding the disappearance of Crystal Rogers, please contact the Nelson County Sheriff's Dept: 502-348-3211
My last post was a bit harsh on the state of Florida but it got me thinking about what we can do on an individual basis to fight justice, especially in our own background. I sign a lot of petitions and I also started a petition when Jodi Arias was peddling her crappy "paint-by-number" artwork and claiming she was a victim of domestic violence. The petition asked eBay to stop allowing a murderer to make money off her jail cell scribblings (thanks to the many readers and followers who signed my petition). As a result, eBay deleted the listings of her artwork from their site.

As I watch the news and see the sad stories of people (especially innocent children) and animals being abused and killed, it really angers me and makes me want to do more. While some people may think petitions don't do any good, online petitions help spread the word and allow people to take justice into their hands. Petitions are the voice of the people, and it's our freedom of speech right to sign and circulate these much-needed petitions.

Take your pick! I invite you take a stand with me or start your own petition. Here are a few "justice fighting" causes that I feel strongly about and and I have signed these petitions below.

Due to personal issues, I've been on hiatus but due to popular demand (Kimberly!) I decided to revive it and bring it back to life. I'm going to steer away from Crazy Eyes aka Jodi Arias and concentrate on a topic that boggles my mind. The state of FLORIDA!

Seriously, what is WRONG with the state of Florida and the craziness that comes out of that state? You only have to turn on the news or listen to HLN's Nancy Grace rant and rave about the sorry state of Florida. Look, another tragic murder/crime happened in Florida today. Seriously, it seems like I hear about Florida on a daily basis.

Casey Anthony & George Zimmerman - Need I Say More?

I won't waste my breath on Casey Anthony but she hails from this Murder Capital and then we have pathetic George Zimmerman and the tragic murder of Trayvon Martin, which still breaks my heart when I hear his name. Then there was the very sad case of the young teen who was shot at the gas station in Florida. Michael Dunn, you don't gun down teens just for playing "loud music." Then there was the horrid incident of the young father who was gunned down for "texting" in a movie theatre by a vigilante retired cop. Yes, folks, that happened in Florida too.

I don't want to get into Florida's gun laws because that will open up a huge can of worms in one post, but Florida might as well be the Wild West. Maybe we should bring back hanging too. For a state to allow two killers to be set free (yes, Casey Anthony and George Zimmerman, I'm looking at you!) is beyond heinous. I don't think we can point fingers solely at the cops or the lawyers (and that's not my point anyway of this post). I shine the spotlight on their entire justice system and how it completely failed an innocent child and young men in the prime of their lives...and continues to fail the victims of violent crimes. That's the problem right there. Justice was NOT served to these victims, and I'm tired of Zimmerman whining and his lame excuses as to why he doesn't think he's a "violent" person. Actions speak louder than words. Both his ex-wife and girlfriend have called 911 to report his violent behavior. So Zimmerman wants the publicity spotlight, huh? The only spotlight he deserves is a flood light shone on his sorry butt in a prison yard! Take a page from OJ, Zimmerman. What goes around comes around.

Poisonous Snake Obsession to Blame?

Why is Florida such a wacky state? There are many theories floating around as to why Florida is a hot mess.

An article from Salon shares some insight into the craziness behind Florida:

"California has the most poisonous snakes, but it does not have the Sunshine State’s snake obsessions. Nor does it have a detective’s daughter displaying an ounce of cocaine from the police locker for a grade-school science project (involving sniffer dogs). Native Floridians tend to blame everyone but native Floridians for the state’s reputation."

Good times in the Sunshine State!

Of course, Florida has become a long-running joke every time it pops up in the news. Here we go again! No disrespect to Floridians (or the South in general) as I know awesome, non-criminals people who live there, but something seriously needs to be done about their supposed "justice" system. We can blame poverty, lack of employment, gun laws, and a failure in their mental health system--a litany of reasons to "excuse" why Florida has serious problems. We can keep pointing fingers until we're blue in the face BUT that won't solve the problem that's happening right now in Florida. Justice has not been served, and continues NOT to be served, to victims of violent crimes and that's the REAL problem in the Sunshine State.

I took a breather from my blog but things are heating up with the Stabby Queen First Degree Murderess. I had to step away from Crybaby's drama (and am now knee-deep in following the Martin McNeil scum-of-the earth trial on HLN).

I laughed as I read the Crybaby's 12 page rant against Wurmi. It's not a big newsflash that the Wurm-ster didn't like Crybaby Crazy Eyes and tried repeatedly to get taken off the case but Judge Stephens denied him and Will-not. I quote directly from Wurmi's closing arguments:

"9 days out of 10 I don't like Jodi Arias." That says it all, folks! Even her defense lawyer couldn't stand to look at her guilty face all day!

The Alexander Family is adamant about NO DEAL when it comes to the Crybaby pleading to take the death penalty off the table. Not gonna happen so her next sneaky move is trying to kick Nurmi off her defense team. Yeah, good luck with that since Stephens has repeatedly denied Nurmi and Wilmot being taken off the case.

I thought maybe this motion was just another spewing of her usual BS lies but it's funny to read. Pure comedy. Of course, she makes herself out to be the victim--everyone is out to get her and Nurmi hates her--wah wah. I don't blame Nurmi one bit (even though I think he's a lazy worthless slug of a defense lawyer). I wouldn't want to deal with Miss Crazy Train's antics on a daily basis. She only likes Will-not because she is obsessed with her and thinks she's her Mini-Scary-Me. Muahhhhhhhh!!! Weirdo Twins Unite!

Oh yes! We can't forgot how Crybaby likes to use big words in the wrong context. Sorry, using big words won't make you sound like a brain surgeon, Miss Scari-as!!

After she has a full-blown "emotional" meltdown when she finds out the court is going to play her nasty sex tape, she freaks out and Wurmi responds to her--just because she has a temper tantrum, she's not going to get her way HAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! Arias then whines in the motion (in her usual Crybaby fashion) and accuses Wurmi of "his utter poverty of people skills." Hellloo, dumb ass, incorrect English grammar usage--AGAIN! Hilarious.

Her sociopathic delusions can be seen threaded throughout her long-winded sentences. You don't have to be a shrink to notice that the Crazy Train is on board the track again. Poor 'wil Hodi! Nurmi was being spiteful and mean on purpose..yadda yadda...and hates her. It's ALL about Hodi Scari-as!! Nothing has changed.
The ironic part is that THE FORENSICS EVIDENCE DOESN'T LIE!! Not to mention, she has already been found guilty of first degree murder. No backsies, Hodi. You are guilty, guilty AND guilty!

So she gets a new defense attorney and then what happens? I'm sure she thinks she can manipulate and make crazy googly-eyes with a new lawyer. Everyone knows about this trial and even when her case goes to re-trial, a new defense lawyer is not going to save her from the death penalty. So she needs to hush up and stop with the ridiculous motions. I'm sure Nurmi is laughing at her lame motion as he's wanted off this case for months now so this isn't anything new. Just another stupid stunt to waste everyone's time-- Crybaby being all melodramatic and making it all about HER and her awful defense team. Wahhh, no one is helping the Crazy Murderer!! Wahhh!! Yet Crybaby pleaded to GIVE her death!! And the crazy dance goes on and on...

Also, word on the street is that Crybaby is still waiting to hear whether the death penalty is still on the table. The Alexanders aren't going down without a fight and have said they will fight for NO DEAL!! I'm with them all the way!

"Arias was in court Thursday for a settlement conference before retired Superior Court Judge James Keppel. A court representative relayed the message that no agreement had been reached and that Keppel was referring the case back to Stephens."
This story has been in the news for the past few days and it really caught my attention when I saw it posted on my National Association to End Domestic Violence Facebook page.

I can't even stomach this man and the blame he placed on an innocent 14 year old girl (a MINOR!) who was raped by a 54 year old male teacher. The saddest, and most tragic, part of this story is that this young woman was blamed by the Judge and she ended up committing suicide at 16 years old. This man should NOT be on the bench and the people of Billings, Montana need to wake up right now, and get him off the bench pronto. Yup, here we go again with blaming the female rape victim. Let's point the victim at a 14 year old girl, because yeah she was "in control of the situation." Really??!!!!!

In their usual "we can't get our shit together" fashion, the defense whined to Judge Stephens and she is giving the attorneys additional time to file motions. This morning's hearing lasted less than an hour. No cameras were allowed--too bad because I wanted to see Crybaby in her lovely prison stripes sporting her shackles! I'm guessing that she had heavily armed guards by her side in case someone tried to take her out. Now that wouldn't be a big shocker.

"Arias was escorted into the courtroom, wearing shackles and dressed in striped jail clothes, by three heavily armed deputies, one carrying a shotgun." (Source: CBS News)

So here's the scoop on this morning's hearing:

Judge Stephens gave the whiner defense team (Willmot and Nurmi) until August 5 to file their motions to support their arguments. I'd like to know WHAT arguments--that Crybaby doesn't deserve the death penalty because she feels remorse? Like that's ever going to happen!!! Crazy Eyes has never showed one iota of remorse for the brutal murder of Travis Alexander! She set another conference status for August 26.

Of course, Judge Stephens is going the wussy route and won't set a "firm retrial date" for the death penalty because too many factors are involved. Uhmmm you mean, like Crybaby has already been convicted of pre-meditated murder 1 and deserves the death penalty?

Who knows what's going to play out in September? Juan Martinez is still going after the death penalty but the State also made this statement:

"Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery has said the state is still preparing to seek the death penalty again for Arias, but would consider resolving the case without another trial after consultation with the victim's family and defense lawyers, among other things." (CBS News)

Either way, Jodi Arias is looking at a long time behind bars in her prison stripes in her small jail cell where she resides 23 hours a day.

Justice for Travis--my heart is with to the Alexander Family. Enough is enough!

This law makes it mandatory for sex offenders to register with the state and makes this information available to the general public. It allows citizens to look up sex offenders by geographical locations, cities, neighborhoods, etc.

"Megan's Law is named after seven-year-old Megan Kanka, a New Jersey girl who was raped and killed by a known registered sex offender who had moved across the street from the family without their knowledge. In the wake of the tragedy, the Kankas sought to have local communities warned about sex offenders in the area. All states now have a form of Megan's Law." (Source: http://www.meganslaw.ca.gov/homepage.aspx?lang=ENGLISH)

However, there is a new update regarding California's Megan Law (and I wasn't aware of it--just stumbled upon it recently). As of July 7, 2013, there were over 41,000 registered sex offenders in the state of California that list a full address.
Crazy Eyes is probably throwing tantrums in her cell and demanding that Nurmi and Wilmott try every last trick in the book to get the extreme cruelty ruling thrown out. Because you know, she thinks she's a lawyer and knows more than her defense team.

In case you missed the memo, here is the latest, straight from the Dum-fense:

"Given the apparent difficulties that judges faced (prior to the ruling) in applying the statute in a uniform, consistent manner, juries are understandably even less equipped to do so," defense attorney Kirk Nurmi wrote in the motion filed late last week." (Source: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/06/27/jodi-arias-death-penalty_n_3508995.html)

Bring on the Train Wreck & Her Three-Ring Circus Defense...Here We Go Again!

You have got to be kidding me!! Isn't that the point of a JURY - that's THEIR job to decide whether extreme cruelty was used. Guess what, Nurmi, it was already decided!! This is utter nonsense. The last jury ruled extreme cruelty--there are no "do-overs." DUHHH!!! What do they think? That everyone, including the judge, will be totally clueless and not listen or pay attention to the evidence. You know, like the forensics evidence of the grisly murder scene. Yeah let's just ignore the "extreme cruelty" facts: she stabbed Travis 29 times, slit his throat from ear to ear, and shot him. Actually, that is BEYOND extreme cruelty--that is pure heinous brutality spawned from She-Devil herself.

"Oh well, as jurors we'll let you slide on the "extreme cruelty" part," said no jury EVER to Jodi Scarias. This isn't a matter of splitting hairs based on semantics in a statute. There is NO doubt or question that extreme cruelty was used -- forensics evidence does not lie. And it hasn't lied throughout the entire trial--unlike Jodi Scarias--queen of all pathological liars.

Yes, I know it's Nurmi's "job" to defend her. I use the word "job" loosely when it comes to her defense because he obviously didn't care about her throughout the trial when he sat slouched in his chair digging for gold and looking bored.

But once again, this is ANOTHER lame, last-ditch attempt to try and save her from the death penalty before her July 18 hearing. Although, I thought he and Whiner Wilmott planned to ditch Train Wreck - guess they are singin' a different dum-fense tune now. Or she's stamping her feet and threatening to pull a crazy again if they don't do what she says. Not to mention, she's probably pissed off because she can't give anymore TV interviews so she can spew more lies about the trial and Travis -- wahh wahhh, cry me a freakin' river!

We don't want her stalling or pulling any of her manipulative tricks. Although, I wouldn't put it past her to pull a fast one on July 17 to get her out of the hearing. Maricopa County, just keep her in her stinky jail cell for 23 hours where she can rot and fester until next month. Have fun wearing those prison stripes--I bet a nice cold Starbucks frapp would taste really good right now, Cry baby...awwww too bad you can't have one.

Hey Nurmi and Wilmott, I have ONE word for you and your ludicrous BS motion: DENIED!!!

Justice for Travis!!!!! Juan is not going to take this lightly!

I've been battling a bad cold (maybe the aftermath of all the bad ju-ju post-Crybaby's trial?) but wanted to share a brief update about what's going on with Crazy Eye Crybaby, Jodi Scarias!

How many of us were happy to see Ms. Brawler (yup, she got busted for attacking someone in jail- wow, what a shocker!) to see Crybaby in her prison stripes with shackles and handcuffed? No more circa-90s outfits for the Crazy-Eyed Crybaby. I know I was quite happy to see her in prison stripes--it's about damn time!

Unfortunately, everyone is due back in court - of course, another delay as the Crybaby and her defense team tries to buy time - on July 18 to determine if Crazy Eyes will face a new jury in the retrial of the death penalty phase.

Why I Refused to Watch the Lifetime Movie
I know many of you tuned into the Jodi Arias movie, but I personally thought it was a big slap in the face to the Alexander family so I boycotted and refused to watch it. Even if they didn't paint Travis in a bad light, I am tired of this convicted murderer getting MORE publicity and air time.

Her crazy ass is behind bars and whether she does get convicted of the death penalty or not, she is not going anywhere. She will rot behind bars no matter what due to the fact that she is guilty, guilty, guilty (are you listening Kool-Aid drinkers? the guilt factor isn't going away!)

I hope she enjoys her luxurious stay (not!) in the Maricopa County jail locked in a tiny cell, 23 hours a day, by herself. She can keep herself entertained with bad renditions of Christmas carols and Dido songs.

No More Interviews...Wah Wah
The media spotlight faded fast and all eyes are turned to the Trayvon Martin trial on HLN (another very sad case!) and wahhhh, no more interviews for the Crybaby--not anymore (that privilege was yanked when she was thrown in her jail cell for 23 hours a day!) Although, it goes back to what I mentioned above about the Jodi Arias movie. Why give her added publicity she doesn't deserve? She's a cold-blooded murderer. This isn't a soap opera--this is about a young man's life that was brutally taken by a psychotic demon-ess. Lifetime needs to write a big fat check to the Alexander family and stop profiting off Travis' murder. The story is NOT about Jodi Arias--the story is about Travis Alexander and that's the story that needs to be told. I didn't watch it but I heard that they didn't paint Train Wreck in a positive light--duhh, obviously not, but still...why continue to support "her" story and give her added exposure? No thanks, I'll pass on that.

So now it's just a waiting game...stay tuned! We have another month to go to see if there will be a retrial for her death penalty phase. Justice continues to be served for Travis and Juan won't go down without a big fight!!! My thoughts are with the Alexander Family right now--they continue to relive this nightmare every day (and that dumb movie didn't help either!). I hope they can find some peace in their hearts.

Your Sh**show will be ending soon. Lights out for you!!

Mark my words. Your disgusting interviews. Your fake tears. Your endless lies on the stand. Your mud-slinging of Travis Alexander's good character which have been a dagger in the hearts of the Alexander Family. Your narcissistic, disgusting statement in court today. They don't mean anything. Your words are nothing but filth-laden syllables with some big words thrown in and used out of context.

Today you stated that you made the "worst mistake of your life" by killing Travis Alexander. It wasn't a mistake because you knew exactly what you were doing.
YOU, Crybaby Crazy Eyes, drove to Mesa and KILLED an innocent human being in the most gruesome, heartless way possible and a jury believed you planned every step and detail of Travis' murder. It's called a guilty Murder 1 verdict -- get to know it, Spawn of Satan.

So you're sad that you will miss your sister's wedding and you won't be able to be a mother and have children? Guess what? You should have thought of that before you picked up that knife and gun...before you slashed Travis 29 times, slit his throat until you almost decapitated him, AND shot him! Travis will never get to hold his nieces or nephews ever again. He will never get to sing karoake with Steven again. He will never be able to get married. He will NEVER have a lot of "firsts" in his life because you brutally took it all away from him!!!

Remember that little commandment...Thou Shall Not Kill?

YOU WILL be punished - karma has come for you - and your hours are limited. While your Kool-Aid drinking followers think you won't get the death penalty, I'm more than confident that the jurors will give you the death penalty verdict.

Why do I think you deserve the death penalty? Because I don't like murderers who have never shown remorse for brutally killing an innocent human being. Wait, I don't like murderers period. And HOW dare you talk about Travis Alexander's grandmother. You are a disrespectful, vile, and inhumane monster!

No guilt. No sorrow. No emotions. No apologies to the Alexander Family. The only person you care about is YOU - Crybaby Crazy Eyes of the Fake Migraines and Pretend Traumatic Stress Disorder. You don't count. You aren't even human and you don't even HAVE ANY FRIENDS who would even testify on your behalf (and heroin addicts don't count!).

Your song and dance from this morning means NOTHING! No one believes your smoke and mirror "Let's Play the Victim" Powerpoint! Your lies can't hurt Travis and his family and friends anymore because. Let's count ALL the REASONS why you won't be a prison entrepreneur or a recycling philanthropist.

1. The same jury, who is sitting there deliberating your life, gave you a guilty verdict because guess what, Crazy Eyes? You have already been FOUND guilty of premeditated first degree murder. Why would they believe you now?

2. The jurors can't watch your lame ass interview filled with pathological lies.

3. You aren't a philanthropist - like anyone would believe that Fable of the Century? Like that would instantly erase your guilty verdict. Guess again!!

4. You aren't a domestic violence victim and have never been a victim. Domestic violence organizations DO not want anything to do with your sorry ass, because you make a mockery of real victims.

5. You are going to be sued in a wrongful death civil lawsuit by the Alexander Family. Get ready to hand over all the money from your forged crappy doodles. I hope more lawsuits follow from all the companies' ads you ripped off!!

6. You begged for the death penalty - a few times - remember your interrogation tapes? Remember your little interview stunt after your verdict was handed down? You asked for it - so here it comes!!

Juan Martinez has spoken and has been the voice for Travis Alexander. You know - that guy you don't like because he showed what a big fat crazy liar you are?

But today I speak loud and clear for Travis Alexander! And I'm talking to YOU - the most disgusting, vile person who needs to get on her hands and knees and BEG for mercy from Travis' family. But since that won't ever happen and you only care about your disgusting self...here's MY MANIFESTO TO YOU!!!

You deserve NO mercy. You don't deserve your life when you brutally took the life of an innocent man.

JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL FOR TRAVIS ALEXANDER. Travis' life meant everything - everything!!! - and YOUR life means nothing. Absolutely nothing.

...SO Tweet that, Crazy Train!
I was sobbing when Steven and Samantha read their personal statements today in court. Their words left me in an emotional state and I couldn't stop crying - even after their statements were concluded there were tears in my eyes and a heaviness in my heart. I kept thinking - no family member should ever have to deal with this living hell. No one should EVER have to hear those words: your brother is dead. I am from a big family and I can't even imagine if this happened to one of my siblings.

They were very brave and strong to stand up in court and share their very deep and personal pain. They shared stories of how Steven's marriage was ruined and how he had horrible nightmares about Travis' death and nightmares that he and his wife and daughter were stabbed, and how he can't sleep alone in the dark anymore. Their family has been ripped apart and how the Alexander family members have all suffered physically and mentally as a result of Travis' murder. It was heart wrenching to hear about Travis' Grandma and how her health suffered and she eventually passed away due to the pain of losing Travis. They ALL have suffered and now it's time for this murdering psychopath to suffer and pay for her crime of murder in the first degree--premeditation.

These words from Steven are what really got to me:

"How much did he suffer? How much did he scream? What was the last thing he saw before his eyes closed? What was the final thought in his head?"

My heart broke for Samantha when she described how her brother's throat was slit ear to ear and how her sister, Tanisha, screamed on the phone to her that Travis was dead.

Crybaby's waterworks were an utter joke and FAKE FAKE FAKE! She was only fake crying for herself and why is she turning on the dramatic act now? I don't believe that this monster has one iota of genuine remorse or feelings of guilt in her cold-blooded body. The jurors didn't shed tears (not sure how they could keep it together--I would have been bawling) but the male jurors couldn't make eye contact with Steven as he talked--I think Steven's words really got to them.

I was really pissed off when I found out that Steven's and Samantha's statements had to be "approved" by the defense, yet Crybaby's family and friends can plead and beg for Crybaby's life? But the Alexander family can't yell and scream at her for the horrific brutality that she caused, and all the pain and suffering she caused for Travis family. But Samantha gave major dagger eyes to Crybaby as she passed by the defense table and she also glared at Kool-Aid drinker Donovan.

BOMBSHELL: Nurmi & Willmott Beg the Judge to Get Them Out NOW

The dumfense begged Judge Stephens to let them off the case - sorry, they are stuck with Hodi until the death penalty verdict is read (and I am confident she will get the death penalty). I also heard today that Crybaby was planning a press junket until Judge Stephens squashed all TV interviews until the death penalty hearing is completed. I guess she is more concerned about TV interviews rather than trying to save her life - woot woot, Crazy Train -- alllll aboard!!!!

Two witnesses, ex-boyfriend Darryl Brewer and Crybaby's trashy friend, Patty, sporting her nasty Daisy Dukes gave their statements today. They didn't want to be on camera so their statements were given behind closed doors this afternoon. What would you say about a cold-blooded killer? "I really like her forged crappy doodles and she has greasy bangs!"

I want to leave you with Steven's gut-wrenching words about what Satan's Spawn did to his brother:

"I don't want these nightmares anymore. I don't want to see my brother's murderer anymore."

"He was brutally ripped out of this world...my world...hopefully, some day I can make him proud."

JUSTICE FOR TRAVIS - mark my words, Jodi Arias, YOU WILL get the death penalty!

Court resumes next Monday at 10 AM / MT
The Crazy Train is finally losing her wack job steam!! It only took the jurors 1.5 hours to reach their verdict that Crybaby (and she was pulling the fake waterworks today!!) did use extreme cruelty and was found guilty. I got really choked up as Juan Martinez set the scene of how Travis must have felt as he was stabbed and the horrible pain he suffered.

Today was a tough day during for the Travis Alexander family, but it was a necessary and very important part of the trial - the aggravation phase. The most emotional part of Martinez's arguments today was when he took two minutes of silence - so people could see how long it took Travis to die--two minutes and then his slit was throat :(. That left a huge lump in my throat--it was very difficult to listen to Martinez's words today but he did an excellent job of showing the brutality of Travis' murder. I was confident that they would find Crybaby guilty of extreme cruelty. It also didn't hurt that Dr. "Hottie" Horn was on the stand and testified, once again, to the severity of Travis' killing - his sliced throat, how his vena cava was severed, 29 stab wounds, how he tried to fight back, etc.

The Scariest Evil Eyes Ever
When the jurors gave their resounding "yes" - when they were asked by the clerk if that was their final decision - Crybaby's looks could kill (literally!) Her eyes were pure dark evil and she also shook her head and pulled the fake tears and looked away when the autopsy photos were shown. No remorse. No guilt. She only feels sorry for herself because she knows her days are now numbered! Tick tock!!

Tomorrow is the last step - the death penalty phase. I strongly believe with my all my heart that Crazy Eyes will get the death penalty. I can't wait to hear the Alexander Family speak during the victim statements. I want her to be forced to look at the family and NOT look way. I don't care about her family's statements - they are a bunch of disrespectful, rude heartless people. Who laughs when autopsy photos are shown in a murder trial AND it was their crazy daughter and niece who brutally murdered an innocent young man!!!

Justice WILL prevail tomorrow for Travis and Jodi Arias, spawn of Satan, WILL get the death penalty--mark my words, Crybaby.

Justice for Travis...and in honor of our buddy, T-Dogg, here is a poem that I know Travis would like! We will NOT give up, Travis!!!

Keep Going

"Is the goal distant, and troubled the road,
And the way long?
And heavy your load?
Then gird up your courage, and say 'I am strong,'
And keep going.

Is the work weary, and endless the grind
And petty the pay?
Then brace up your mind
And keep doing.

Is the taste gall?
Then smile and look up
And say 'God is with me whatever befall,'
And keep trusting.

Is the heart heavy with hope long deferred,
And with prayers that seem vain?
Keep saying the word -
And that which you strive for you yet shall attain.
Keep praying."
Court is now closed for the day. The jurors, Martinez, and the Alexander Family must be fuming! If I was the jury, I would give her the death penalty, out of spite, just for wasting so much time, money, and delaying vital court proceedings - again!!! There was also a bomb threat earlier and two weirdos tweeted that there was a bomb in the courthouse (a man and his girlfriend were arrested for acts of terrorism) - probably pro-Crybaby crazies and Kool-Aid drinkers. I really like the guy's crazy hair in his mug shot - talk about one hot mess.

Crybaby Held in Psych Ward Lock Down - Fake Suicide Watch

Word on the street is that Crybaby may be out for the week due to a suicide watch - obviously, that never happened in the past (she threatened suicide but she never went through with it after she killed Travis) and no way will Crazy Eyes commit suicide now. Can you say publicity stunt?

This suicide facilitation watch is absolute BS. I know it's common for convicted criminals, after they receive their verdict, to be put on suicide watch but she is using the suicide watch to her advantage and to delay the inevitable - tick tock. She's going to piss off the jurors in a huge way with this delay.

This translates to: Crybaby Crazy Eyes might lose her fo-schizzle and fake a psychotic break. Once again, the Sociopathic Jodi Arais Show continues and she spewed more delusional lies on camera yesterday (and continued to slander Travis' name - really? After all your lies that were exposed, you are gonna keep riding the Crazy Train?) Not to mention, forensics evidence DOES NOT LIE!!!!

Attention Whore Fake Cries During Interview - Interview Will Seal Her Death Penalty Fate

Crazy Eyes planned her little stunt interview a week in advance unbeknownst to her defense team. Isn't it convenient that she gave an exclusive interview to Fox News after her Murder 1 guilty verdict was handed down on Wednesday afternoon?

It was textbook Crazy Train behavior: she told the reporter that death is the ultimate freedom - she would prefer getting the death penalty rather than life in prison. I'm sure that can be arranged...very soon!

But now that she's on suicide watch - oh yes, folks, she's hanging out in a psych ward at the Buckeye Jail- no more interviews for the Publicity Whore Murderess. Everyone is "worried" that she might kill herself based on what she said in the interview.

Nice try on the reverse psychology, Crazy Eyes, and guess what? The jury isn't allowed to watch TV - so what was the point? Another manipulative victim card played - and failed - by the Convicted Murderess.

The Blame Game Continues & She Trashes Travis' Name

I guess she missed the media training memo and probably went against the advice of her defense team NOT to give interviews post-verdict. She also accused Juan Martinez of "shady" evidence collection. Wow, that was totally believable - NOT! That's why he won and she LOST!

She disrespected him and called him by his first name and then she had the nerve to call him shady. Not a smart publicity move for Scarias. Oh yes, and she had to play the St. Jodi Martyr role to the hilt. Didn't you know that she was persecuted by Martinez and the public? Poor thing. I really need to send her a dictionary so she can understand that she was PROSECUTED (by the best damn prosecutor in the state of Arizona) and NOT persecuted.

And the most disgusting statement from her interview (that will bite her in the ass during her death penalty hearing): that she didn't want to look at the Alexander Family because his brother and sisters look too much like Travis and they all remind her of her "abuser." Even though the self-defense charge was laughable and she was convicted of premeditation she still claims Travis abused her....and the lies (in her crazy brain) still spewed from her venomous lips. Wow

Remember When You Were Convicted of Murder 1?

Crybaby is a little late to the verdict party - hey remember, Crazy Eyes, when you were convicted of 1st degree murder on Wednesday afternoon, and the jury found premeditation and felony murder, or did the fog start to roll in at that precises moment? Maybe Lie of Attraction kept you from fully grasping the REAL verdict?

It's not her dog and pony show anymore - she may have led the three ring circus with her defense team before, but now Juan is front and center in this rodeo. The next big show will be the death penalty hearing and I'm more than confident that the jurors are going to slap her with the death penalty. But hey it's still not her fault - she doesn't know why the jury gave her premeditation. During her interview, she showed NO remorse. She didn't apologize and only gave a lame statement that she hoped the Alexander Family would have peace now. No, they will NEVER have peace -- they might find some consolation though when the needle is finally pushed.

Did Crybaby Fire Her Crappy Defense Lawyers?

There was a heated smack down between Crybaby and her lawyers yesterday and there is a rumor swirling that she might fire her defense team. Ohhhhh wah, it's her lawyers' fault! Wahhhhh!!! I'm guessing Nurmi and Willmott weren't happy with the interview she gave yesterday after her verdict. Dumb, dumb move as the interview can be played back in court and can be shown to the jury as part of evidence in the death penalty hearing. For someone who has such a high IQ, she is an idiot!

This is how I saw it all going down yesterday - thanks to my overactive imagination!:

Crybaby and Jenny on the block get in a smackdown in chambers and she tries to strangle Crazy Eyes with her greasy locks. Jenny is heard screaming: I will pull your hair out strand by strand, you ungrateful bitch!!

Nurmi sits slumped in chair and watches the spectacle and shakes his noggin while picking his nose. The Lipless Twins (Crybaby's mom and aunt) are heard snickering outside...hee heee Hodi is getting beat on by Wilma teeheeeee.

Martinez gloats and basks in his win - sipping champagne while laughing at Crybaby and her fake BS suicide watch excuse.

The media doesn't know why court was abruptly canceled. I bet Crybaby is faking a migraine or is pretending to act crazy now - she may LOOK and act crazy but she is not legally insane. She knew and knows exactly WHAT she is doing. She is the master manipulator and is so full of herself that she thinks she can wave her Crazy Wand and people will continue to fall at her feet - even though she is a convicted murderer now.

Crybaby Doesn't Want to Face the Alexander Family in Court

Convicted Crazy Eyes is also trying to weasel out of listening to the Alexander family's victim statements and requested that their statements are videotaped so she doesn't have to be "live" in the courtroom as they are read. OH HECK NO!!! Her lying, murdering ass needs to sit in her seat AND she should be forced to look at the family, one by one, as they read their statements to her. No hiding behind her hair or her fake glasses.

She needs to see and hear their pain and face her punishment. She needs to SEE the consequences of her murderous actions. She needs to see how she ruined a family and how they will never, ever get their brother back thanks to HER! She is disgusting and can't believe her gall!! Sorry psycho, it's time to face the consequences of your horrific brutality. Murder in the 1st degree - premeditation and felony murder.

Mark my words...you will get the death penalty (you don't need to ask for it anymore). After pulling this stunt today - if in fact she did fake a psychotic break or migraine episode - Miss Murderer isn't winning any points when it comes to the jury.
Justice has been served for Travis and his family. I hope Crybaby's words are haunting her: "Mark my words, no jury will convict me!" WRONG, you psychotic murdering lunatic! The U.S. legal system and the people of Arizona have spoken and Lady Justice has finally arrived on Arias' lying, manipulative Crazy Train doorstep!!

I watched as the verdict was read and loved listening to the jurors when they were asked: is this your true verdict? I loved Juror #6's resounding YESSSSSSSSS!!

VERDICT - Count 1 first degree murder - GUILTY - 7 jurors found both premeditated and felony murder

Even though this sentence won't bring Travis Alexander back, justice has been served and the jury came through for the family. A HUGE shout-out and thanks to Mr. Juan Martinez and Detective Flores. Thank you for being the voice of Travis!!! This is why Juan Martinez wins death penalty cases!!!!! It really touched my heart when I watched the family's faces as the verdict was read. JUSTICE has now been served for their brother and friend.

The guilty verdict is such a HUGE relief for the Alexander family and my heart goes out to them and am SO happy for them. I knew in my heart that justice would be served and had a strong feeling that the jury would come through with a Murder 1 verdict.

Tomorrow the death penalty hearing begins and now the jury must decide if aggravation comes into play related to the murder. The next step: will Crybaby get the death penalty or life without parole? Fingers crossed that she gets the death penalty!

The Alexander Family has also filed a civil wrongful death suit against Arias!

Crybaby's words will haunt her for the rest of her life. "If I killed Travis, I would beg for the death penalty."Will she beg for the death penalty now that she's been FOUND guilty? Shes' going to be begging to spare her life. Her fate is REALLY in the jurors' hands now!

After five years, karma finally caught up with Jodi Arias and his name IS Juan Martinez!!!! Travis' murder has been avenged - now let's get the death penalty for Crybaby!
As a marketer and copywriter, I spend a lot of time diving inside people's heads (yes, I know - that can be a scary task!) and I have to figure out what people like, dislike, who they are, their habits, etc.

Arizona is a Conservative State When It Comes to Criminals
Arizona is a conservative state and they are tough on their criminals. Sheriff Joe Arpaio is one of the toughest out there and he is notorious to running a tight ship in Maricopa County.

Here's a brief look at some basic demographics of Maricopa County and Arizona residents:

From Maricopa County, Quick Facts Census

Bachelor's degree or higher, percent of persons age 25+

29.1% Maricopa County

26.45% Arizona

Veterans, 2007-2011

280,092 Maricopa County

536,449 Arizona

Based on the age ranges, the majority of the jury are seniors and could be retired so their jury duty might not be considered such a hardship. But I wonder about the younger jurors with jobs and families, and how are they surviving? $12/per day for jury duty is peanuts and if they are the breadwinners/earners for themselves and/or family, jury duty (for this length of time) would be a financial hardship. Also, the average person who has a bachelor's degree or higher is fairly low (well below 50%)--not that it means that people with a high school diploma can't make an informed decision but that's something else to consider. How well do they know and understand Arizona state law and the U.S. legal system? Even with the detailed jury instructions, that's a lot of information to understand!

There are over 500,000 vets in Arizona and almost 300,000 vets in Maricopa County alone. A military vet is probably going to be more tough on crime--especially a brutal murder -- so if there are any vets on the jury (there might be one possible military vet), that could be another deciding factor as to whether they will be more harsh or lenient.

There are more Republicans and Independents in Arizona compared to Democrats and Arizona has proven to be a conservative voting state. Based on the age range of these jurors, this jury could swing towards the more conservative end, especially if they are tough love when it comes to crime and the legal system.

Of course, this is ALL a guessing game on my part but it's interesting to speculate.

It's interesting to note that even though she sat closest to the witness stand that she yawned during an emotional part of her testimony (was she bored or just not buying it?) She also didn't look at Crybaby. I'm guessing that she didn't want to appear biased because she was so close to the witness stand and didn't want to make direct eye contact with the witnesses. She wears glasses so we know she can see properly ha!!

Based on her age, she could be retired and/or a homemaker/mother/grandmother. Because of her age, she could lean on the more conservative side. It seems based on the general public opinion that women generally do not like Crybaby, BUT if this woman has any feelings of empathy for her, she may not be more lenient. I call this juror an "iffy" juror. If I was that close to the witness stand I would want to watch Crybaby's move when she was testifying. By not looking at Arias, this could mean disinterest or boredom (or she was just tired of listening to her lies!)

He obviously is interested in the trial if he took notes and based on his body language, he is intent on listening (or he supported his head so he wouldn't nod off to sleep). Based on his age (and dependent upon his career, if he's retired, a homeowner/ taxpayer, etc.), he MIGHT lean towards the conservative side of the law. However, if he has fallen under the Black Widow's spell and has any inkling of empathy, he could also be more lenient in his decision. Of course, this is all a guessing game. Heads--he's a conservative Arizona Republican who believes in the death penalty and is tough on criminals or tails--he believes her BS and feels sorry for her. He is male and she is manipulative so it could go either way. The fact that he is taking notes shows he is interested and paying attention though (and hopefully, he also submitted questions).

Watched the prosecutor as he moves about the courtroom

Based on her age, she could be a stay-at-home mom or works full-time, or is both mom and breadwinner OR could be a single career woman. The fact that she took copious notes and looked at Juan Martinez a lot are a good sign. She watched his every move. The fact that submitted questions is another good sign. She wanted answers and clarification, and obviously was paying attention to the trial and witnesses' testimoy. I wish HLN gave more detail about her reaction when she watched Juan: did she smile? did she frown? did she cross her arms? Her specific body language could give more clues as to how receptive she was to Martinez as he spoke.

She is female, and the fact that she does pay attention to Juan COULD mean she isn't buying Crybaby's lies (especially if she submitted questions and we all know how many questions LaViolette and Dick Samuels received!) I think this juror could lean more towards the pro-death penalty decision. IF she's a mom, that could even push her even closer to the death penalty side. A mom would speculate more - what if this had been my son or daughter who was murdered? Or that's my guess! Also, if she's a career woman (based on her job), she might do analytical work and could have a really sharp mind - why she took a lot of notes and asked the witnesses' questions. I think this juror might be one of the sharper jurors - she doesn't want to miss anything!

Juror 4

White Male, in his 60s

Bald

Took a few notes

It's hard to say with this man. He's probably retired and wishes he was on the golf course instead of being stuck in a court room listening to a crazy murderess spew her lies! Not a lot to go on with him -- other than he's bald and takes few notes. It's a good sign that he takes some notes so there is some interest on his part. As mentioned above, there are more Republicans than Democrats in Arizona and he's probably an Arizona taxpayer. He could be pissed off that Crybaby is wasting so much of his time and money. He might not be taking a lot of notes because his mind is already made up or he is not that interested. This one is up in the air for me since I don't have a lot to go on with him.

Taking lots of notes is a good sign! Based on her age, she falls into the possible retirement bunch. However, I don't know her occupation so it's anyone's guess. She could be retired from a career and/or raised children, is a grandmother, or all of the above. The fact that she took a lot of notes means she's paying attention and she probably isn't buying Crybaby's lies and probably asked juror questions as well. Going back to public opinion: if she does NOT like Arias and doesn't believe her lies, then we could have a 1st degree murder vote with this juror. It all depends on how she feels about Arias. If she is PRO Crybaby and feels sorry for her, then she would obviously vote for a lesser charge. However, based on her note-taking I think this juror might be a hopeful candidate since she took a lot of notes.

I think I'm more scared for this guy, because I bet Crybaby had her eye on him the entire time. Yikes!! He was probably biting his nails because she was giving him the crazy eyes!!

Nail biting shows nervousness or boredom. This juror is on the younger side so he probably works full-time. He is married so he might have kids as well. Based on his age though, it could go either way with his decision --especially since he's male. Even though he's married, he could still fall under her spell OR it could go the other way, and he might think, whew, am I lucky, and poor Travis, wow, this chick is a psycho-- he might feel a lot of empathy for Travis because of the age range similarity. However, if he drinks any of the Crazy Eyes Crybaby Kool-Aid, there is a slight chance that he could go with a more lenient charge. I'm guessing, based on the age range and that he takes a LOT of notes, that he is probably leaning toward death penalty and would be more sympathetic to Travis. Or we can only hope!

The long white ponytail means he is probably less conservative (hippie type, maybe?) and probably doesn't have a traditional job and/or is retired from a non-traditional job. The denim comment is interesting. Is or was he a manual laborer like a mechanic, an artist, etc.? Let's hope he's NOT an artist or he might side with crazy doodler! Because he sat so close to the Alexander family, he saw first-hand their emotional reactions during the trial. This could actually be a good thing, especially if he is a father and/or grandfather, and might make him more sympathetic to Travis because he can visually see the reactions of the family. I think his close proximity to the Alexander family must have tugged at his heart strings - I know it would really affect me if I sat that close to his family. However, he sat far away from the witness stand so he might not have caught everything that was said or spaced out during her testimony. I'm guessing if he's the non-traditional, less conservative type, he will go with a lesser charge and is probably not pro death penalty.

Polo shirts and khakis are conservative attire, and this man might have a conservative job based on his age and appearance. He took some notes so that's a good sign that he was paying attention but he is also in the age range that Black Widow likes. I bet she was making crazy eyes with him as well throughout her testimony. However, based on his more conservative appearance, he could be more conservative-minded and lean toward a harsher sentence. It all depends on the fact if he bought Crybaby's lies or not.

The fact that he smiled when Martinez asked Arias if she could predict the future is a hopeful sign. It means he has a sense of humor and likes Martinez's zingers he hit the witnesses with during the trial. Based on his age and the fact that he likes Martinez (if he continued to smile and look at Martinez throughout the trial and closing arguements), he could be pro-prosecution and might not buy Crybaby's lies - this trial might be really scary for him too. Like whew, I am so glad I NEVER date a crazy because that could have been me. That scare alone might push him into the 1st degree murder decision...as long as he bought the prosecution's closing and thought the defense was full of hot air. He took some notes so it shows he's also listening and paying attention.

That's good that he swiveled his chair often because it means he was watching and paying attention. Even though he didn't take notes, his chair swiveling means he didn't want to miss the action. Again, he could be retired and could lean towards the conservative side based on Arizona demographics and his age range. But once again, it all comes down to the fact that he's male - does he buy Crybaby's act or not and was she able to manipulate him into believing her BS lies? The non-note taking could mean: he doesn't need to take notes because he has already made up his mind or he has a photographic memory (or he was too lazy to take notes ha!)

Let's just hope her bangs look a LOT better than Crybaby's! She looked straight at Crybaby - now that is VERY interesting. She is in her 40s, could be married and have kids, and/or be a career woman, etc. The fact that she takes a lot of notes means she probably asked a lot of juror questions too. The fact that she wanted to look at Arias during her testimony means she doesn't have fear and it was like she wasn't afraid to confront her and her crime, in a sense. She probably hung onto every word, and wanted to see all her facial expressions and hand gestures (or checking to see if her finger was really broken). This could be another hot juror and I think this one could lean towards 1st degree murder. Her demographics and the way she reacted toward Crybaby's testimony is EXACTLY what I would do - I would look directly at her while I listened and take tons of notes!!

When a man in his 70s has a tattoo on his right arm that means one thing - military - and I'm guessing he's probably a vet (possibly served in a war). Based on his age and if he's been a long-time Arizona resident (or even if he's a transplant to Arizona and retired there), he's probably conservative and will be pro-death penalty. He's 70 years old and doesn't need to take notes because I bet he has his mind made up already. He is married and might have kids and grandkids so add that to the mix and that would only make him more hardcore when it comes to crime, especially if he's former military. I bet he would be the first one to complain about how much Arizona has wasted hard-earned taxpayer's money on Crybaby and her defense. I bet he hasn't bought one word that's come out of her mouth. It'll be interesting to see if I profiled this particular juror correctly.

That fact that she took notes and her gaze wandered over the gallery shows she's curious and interested.

Hmmm, she could be a wild card, even with all her note-taking. She's in the same age range as Crybaby but she never looked at her, so she might be disgusted with her or she doesn't want to be seen as biased. Or she could be the non-confrontational type. She is married and might have kids. The fact that she takes a lot of notes is another good sign BUT once again, if she feels any empathy towards her (especially since they are in the same age range and she is female) that would make her lean away from 1st degree murder. But if she submitted a lot of juror questions and is taking notes, she probably has doubts so that's a good sign. Another interesting juror. The fact that she doesn't look at Arias says a lot. Why didn't she want to look at her? Does she make her ill and couldn't stomach looking at a cold-blooded killer? Interesting to ponder! I bet she was allergic to Jodi Arias' defense team - why she was sneezing and sniffling so much ha!!

His closing argument was literally the WORST closing argument in a murder trial in the the history of the U.S. legal system. Yes, that's how bad it was.

Snoozefest of a Closing Argument Filled with Of Course, The Usual Lies & Slanderous BS

Basically, his closing argument was filled with illogical BS and lies - it turned into a game of "Choose Your Own Murder Scenario." Oh yeah, and we can't forget his lame statement of "fear, love, lies and dirty little secrets." He got the LIES part right, but the rest was a big fat joke.

He made up all kinds of craziness that bordered on conspiracy theories (oh yeah, she got those gas cans from a DIFFERENT Walmart that wasn't in Salinas - oh, heck no!). I was waiting to hear about the blood cult Mormons!

As Juan Martinez pointed out, Nurmi spewed out arguments with NO REAL facts or evidence to support the drivel coming out of his mouth. Of course, he HAD to play the recorded phone sex conversation AGAIN and had to point out that Travis was a pedophile, he called Crybaby bad dirty names, sexually assaulted her, he forced her to have sex when she didn't want to, she was abused, etc. Of course, he dragged Travis' name through the mud and paint Crybaby (who cried more fake tears today) as the perpetual victim/martyr/Madonna/St. Crazy Train. His closing argument should have been called: Nurmi Grasping at Straws. There is no way Nurmi could even come close to the powerhouse known as Juan Martinez - not even in the same league!

Nurmi's House of Cards Come Tumbling Down
But why would we be surprised that Nurmi would end on such a lethargic snoozefest of an anti-climatic note? He tried to get out of defending Crybaby numerous times throughout the trial so he's not really in-it to win-it. He told the jury that either they could believe Martinez's House of Cards or believe the defense aka lies aka conspiracy theories. Really, Nurmi? You really want to go there when Martinez exposed ALL OF Crybaby's lies yesterday?

I wonder what it feels like to stand up, in a court of law, and have no soul and blatantly lie through your teeth. But then again, Nurmi is used to lying on behalf of his crappy clients since he defends the scum of the Earth--sex offenders and rapists.

But I wasn't worried - the State/Juan Martinez had the last word (yeah, in your face, Crazy Train Defense Team - no last word for you!) and once again, Martinez made a very emphatic point that Travis was "slaughtered" by Jodi Arias. She killed him not only ONCE but three times over. And she not only shot him but she brutally stabbed him in the heart, stabbed him another 28 times and slit his throat. She wanted him dead - there was no doubt about that. And why do we know that? A little thing called proof. More specifically, forensics evidence!

Jurors Head into Deliberations - Friday Afternoon
Three jurors were taken out of the line-up and they will remain as alternates for the other 12 jurors. Late this afternoon the 12 jurors went behind closed doors and began deliberations to discuss the fate of Crybaby's life: will she get 1st degree murder (the death penalty)? It could be a long evening for the jurors and they have a big job to do.

Oh, Those Crazy Dagger Stares
I could tell Crazy Eyes Crybaby was in full-blown desperation mode today, especially as she listened to Juan Martinez. In his final closing words, he basically called her a lying, manipulative, calculating, sociopathic, cold-blooded murderess--more or less. She shook her head often in response to Martinez and even mouthed the word "bullsh**". Not very ladylike of Miss Mormon-Soon-to-Be-on-Death-Row. Her entourage made a special appearance - Aunt and Mom were seated, as usual, in the front (aka the Lipless Twins) and her #1 Kool-Aid Drinking Fan, Donavan, was hanging onto every word. Donavan was probably tweeting out hate notes to Martinez on behalf of Crybaby.

It's been a LONG few months. This trial began in January and despite the fervor and media hype surrounding this trial, let's remember the REAL victim - A caring, vibrant man named Travis Alexander. He was a son, a brother, a grandson, a friend, and a mentor. My heart goes out to the Alexander Family.

Juan Martinez referenced a famous quote by John Donne at the very end of his closing words today. Please reflect upon these words.

This powerful quotes shows how we are all connected as human beings. It has been argued by scholars that these famous lines by Donne give us a mystical definition of mortality. Donne says that perhaps when "one dies, all of us die a little."

"Perchance he for whom this bell tolls may be so ill, as that he knows not it tolls for him; and perchance I may think myself so much better than I am, as that they who are about me, and see my state, may have caused it to toll for me, and I know not that."

When Travis Alexander was murdered at the hands of Jodi Arias, there was an absence felt in this world as a result of his death. Even though I never met Travis, I feel the emptiness in our world because he's not in it anymore - especially when I watch his silly, funny videos or look at photos of him laughing, smiling, and goofing around with his friends and family.

As Juan Martinez said yesterday - these were the most prophetic words that Travis ever spoke: "You are the worst thing that has ever happened to me." Unfortunately, that statement became a vicious and brutal reality on June 4, 2008.

May the "light of truth" shine upon the jurors right now as they deliberate the verdict, and may justice prevail for Travis Victor Alexander - a young man whose beautiful and soulful light was extinguished far too soon.

May the jurors examine and analyze all the evidence carefully, and realize that they cannot base their verdict on a pack of lies (the defense) but on the "light of the truth" that was brought beaming into the courtroom by Juan Martinez.

I know there will be Justice for Travis very soon!!

Juan Martinez made courtroom history in his closing argument today and he pulled NO punches. Whiny Willmott looked like death warmed over and Arias looked sedated (can you say Valium?) as her head bobbed and she gave her usual lame boo-hoo fake tears performance. She also threw her crazy dagger eyes at Martinez throughout the day. Not to mention her inappropriate laughing and head shaking today. I agree with Dr. Drew--I think she was on some heavy meds (so she didn't lose her sh** in court today!)

So kick back and relax...this might take you awhile to read - today was a BIG day and I want to do Juan Martinez's closing argument justice!!

Hey CryBaby Crazy Eyes Jodi Arias, you faced YOUR KARMA today and his name is Juan Martinez. My heart goes out to the Alexander family, and it was emotional to watch them sob as Martinez wove his story of the lying murderess, the day of the murder, and detailed every single lie that Crybaby has ever uttered in this case.

I'm still in awe of Juan Martinez's rock star performance! I have NEVER witnessed such a brilliant, eloquent closing argument by a criminal prosecuting attorney. I plan to write a letter to Martinez after the trial is over because I want to thank him for standing up for ALL victims of violent crimes. He WAS the voice of Travis Alexander and Travis' family and friends in the courtroom today.

And if you weren't convinced of Martinez's kick-ass legal smarts before today, today should have indefinitely changed your mind. And if any jurors are on the fence, his closing argument sealed Jodi Arias' fate...hopefully, her fate comes in the form of LETHAL INJECTION.

Zingers & Highlights of Martinez's Rock Star Court Performance

I was riveted as I watched and listened to Martinez today, and took copious notes for my blog tonight. I can't possibly write about EVERYTHING that Martinez said today but here are the highlights and zingers that stood out. I can understand why Martinez has won death penalty cases. He is a phenomenal prosecutor, and showed NO mercy. He was calm, organized, and logical. There were many times I snickered because Martinez infused his argument with lots of sarcastic zingers against Crazy Eyes Crybaby and her ludicrous, nonsensical lies.

The Many Faces of The Attention Whore
He started off with a bang by telling the jury that Crybaby has been an attention whore from the very beginning, including writing a Manifesto because she "thinks" she's going to be famous (yeah, another one of her MANY delusions!) She craved the limelight and brings up her TV interviews when she lied about the ninja intruders and how "no jury would ever convict her!" because she claimed innocence. How's that working for you, Crybaby?

He talked about shining the "light of truth" (I LOVED that analogy) on her and exposing her BS lies. He pointed out how she manipulates and lies to everyone, including the jury!

How Do I Love Thee, Let me Count the Lies!!!

I absolutely loved Martinez's sarcastic "spin" on Elizabeth Barrett Browning's poem: "How do I love thee? Let me count the lies!"

Oh snap!! Let's count all the lies that Martinez brought up today and there were PLENTY. Martinez did an AMAZING job of weaving all her lies into a twisted, sordid tale that eerily sounded like the worst horror film you have ever watched. She is HORRIFIC! She is spawned from Satan and Martinez painted a very accurate picture of her lying, manipulative, narcissistic ways today in court as he recapped every single lie that she spewed from the stand.

And yeah, like I just kept pressing backspace on Bobby's computer...

It was NOT Crybaby's fault that computers haven't improved since the 90s and that she kept hitting the backspace button (gosh, I hate it when that happens!) and no, it wasn't her fault that she read her ex-boyfriend's Bobby Juarez's emails.

Sidebar: Martinez's got in his sarcastic jabs when he repeatedly said: "It's NOT HER FAULT!!" And it wasn't her fault that she lived with Juarez and never admitted that the REAL reason she lived with Juarez was so she could skip school (I bet she blames Juarez for the fact that she was a high-school drop out...because you know, it's everyone else's fault and NOT HER FAULT). Crybaby loves the blame game and likes to play the victim, according to Martinez.

BooHoo She Only Cries For Herself

Martinez also called her on the carpet with her fake Crybaby tears and said she is a manipulative liar who shows no remorse and she only cries for herself on the stand - oh SNAPPPPP!! She is crying because her days are numbered!!!

Here's a recap of Crazy Eyes' Big Ass List of LIES

Feb. 14, 2007 -- Violent Tendencies Day aka Valentine's Day
Here comes the fake "unholy" underwear...you know, the ones that never existed. Martinez dimed her out and said she NEVER received a Valentine's Day package with chocolates and the underwear from Travis because a) the package never existed and it was b) NEVER delivered! The package could never be verified. Funny how she "threw away" the underwear but how ironic that she took pictures of the underwear for proof.

Fast forward...if she and Travis were SO happy together, then why did she have backspace button trigger happy disease and went into Travis' computer. Then she freaks because she finds out he actually spent New Year's Eve with OTHER people...ohhh no, how dare he be happy and how dare he have social contact with both men and women and communicate with them via email!!! And she also just happened to find his phone and go through his text messages and invades his privacy. Sure, no big deal!! Everyone does that...uh huhhh.

Another zinger from Juan Martinez that I loved, loved, LOVED! "Take your pick with her stories." Exactly - jurors, it's like a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure story (remember those from the 80s?) Take your pick with all her elaborate, ornate lies that are filled with crazy, chaotic details!!

Can You Say STALKER...?
I was literally cheering out loud when Martinez brought up her crazy stalker behavior.

Hey jurors, here's a date you don't want to forget:

August 2007- Peeping Tom Incident
Martinez details how Crybaby goes to his house...and remember they are NOT dating anymore at this point...and in the light of the TV (he uses his light of truth analogy again - oh so perfect!!), she spies on him through the window. The LIGHT OF TRUTH is that Crybaby showed stalking behavior despite what Ms. Apologist LaViolette said on the stand. Because ya know, jurors, that's just what people do, according to LaViolette. So she spots Travis kissing another woman---GASP!!---and I love what Martinez says next:

SO WHAT???!!

Exactly...who cares? Crybaby and Travis weren't together anymore. He was IN HIS HOUSE, in the privacy of his own home, and was having a romantic evening with another woman. She stood by the door and watched him for about 35 seconds. Juan must have read my mind when he said:

WHO DOES THAT?

Oh SNAP!!! Exactly! Crybaby's whiny response to that incident....but but but, he unhooked her bra WAH!! And boohoo, we were still 'courting' (uhmmm Crazy Eyes, that's NOT what you were doing!) and still having sex.

Martinez asks: was she his Mormon conscience and why did SHE care?

KaBOOM!

But you know it was NOT her fault, said Martinez sarcastically. She wanted an "explanation." Because you know, she deserved it. Yeah Crazy Eyes, what POSSIBLE explanation could you want or deserve if you and Travis were NOT dating anymore? Stalker Bunny Boiler!!!

Martinez Turns the Tables on The Law aka LIE of Attraction
I'm a positive person and I think that what you put out into the Universe is what you'll get back in return, however, this craziness with the Law aka Lie of Attraction throughout the trial is just ludicrous.

So Martinez points out, according to Crybaby, because she was following the Law of Attraction she couldn't write anything bad in her journal. Basically, she was lying about everything that happened in her journal because she couldn't tell the truth based on the Law of Attraction - because if she writes down bad things, bad things will happen to her. Yup, she was making everything up in her journal.

For example, she never wrote about the 911 call that supposedly happened with Juarez, no documentation of medical reports or her abuse. So guess what folks? It NEVER happened!

March 2008 - In her journal entry she never mentions that Travis hit her--on the same day she moves back to California. Instead, she wrote: "He kissed me tenderly and gave me three kisses." Here comes the snark again from Martinez (loved it!) - there goes the abuse theory!

Is that what she means by domestic violence? Because she was kissed so tenderly and lovingly?

But wait...no, that apologist LaViolette said look behind the words of her diary because her words don't mean that--don't you know she was abused??? It says so! Cuz she's following that darn Law/Lie of Attraction!

Then there was her Jan. 22nd claim that Travis hit her yet she writes that "nothing happened" in her Jan. 23rd journal entry - yup, no corrobation of abuse. LIE EXPOSED!!

She couldn't even keep her stories straight - she goes from 20 incidents of "domestic violence" to only four. According to Martinez, she was building her case for PSTD...oh SNAP...again!

Oh, No, Those Pesky Gas Cans - Crybaby's #100 Lie Exposed

Well, maybe it wasn't her 100th lie but close enough. I won't go through the gas can BS lies again but Martinez talked about the receipts and how Crybaby never returned the gas cans to Walmart (and how there was proof per Amanda Webb), and how Arias lied about the Priceline rental car based on her Washington Mutual bank statement.

Another zinger by Martinez: I guess Washington Mutual made it up and subscribes to the Law of Attraction!!!

And the Lies Keep A-Rolling Along...

May 10, 2008 - Infamous recorded phone sex conversation - but wahhhh, Travis knew he was being recorded. "He told me to record it!" OH HECK NO!! Check - Juan nails her on that one too. Travis NEVER knew his private conversation was being recorded! KABOOM!

May 26, 2008 - The day they break up! Martinez brings up a VERY important conversation on the 19th between Travis and his friend, Reagan. He tells her that he was "extremely" afraid because of Crybaby's stalking behavior.

Let's break down the conversation - we know they broke up that and some bad crap went down. I have my own theories (I think she tried to blackmail him with the pregnancy/miscarriage BS lie but I'll save that for another time).

Martinez even points that Travis is even derogatory about himself and his anger is a result of the fact that he is afraid of her crazy stalking behavior...but these are the MOST dramatic words that come directly from Travis during that online conversation.

This is when Martinez drives it home:

Travis tells Crybaby: "I was nothing more than a dildo with a heartbeat to you." Translation: Crybaby was manipulative and that whenever she wanted him, she manipulated him through sex. Uhmmm, very true words!

And you could hear a pin drop when Martinez read Travis' reply to Crybaby...and repeated it a few times so the jury didn't miss it:

You are the worst thing that has ever happened to me.

Martinez says, "No one can dispute that those are the truest words spoken by Mr. Alexander." I agree! Travis goes on to call her a sociopath and a litany of other VERY truthful statements about her psychotic behavior--compared her to Hitler, etc. Whatever Crazy Train did to Travis he was finished with her lying ass and didn't want to see her again- she was Bad News Bears and then some.

The Hoard of Skaters in Pasadena

Martinez weaves a perfectly linear story of pre-meditation - how she planned her trip to Mesa, how she knew that she couldn't be noticed or seen by anyone and told Rental Car Dude she was taking the rental wheels out for a spin around town. Say what? More planning: borrowed gas cans from her ex-boyfriend, Darryl Brewer, rents car in Redding, and even changes her blonde hair and dyes it dark brown.

But the BEST(and snarkiest) part of the story was the ludicrous tale of the skateboarders in Pasadena - as told by Martinez. How can we forget that a hoard of scary-looking skateboarding punks, with screwdrivers, who must have messed around with her license plate? Because you know skateboarders go around stealing license plates all the time and carry screwdrivers with them. And yeah, Crybaby just happened to pick up a license plate off the ground near her car and throw it in the back of her
The only reason she comes up with that crock-o-crap story is that she gets pulled over by Utah cops because she didn't have a front license plate. Oh wow, look, she didn't even know that was her license plate (because she couldn't see it because she wasn't wearing glasses at the time) and voila, it magically is the SAME rental car license plate. Lie, lie, lie!!

The Ornate Lies of Crazy Eyes

There was a laundry list of lies that Martinez ticked off as the day progressed...the many stories of the broken finger...was it Margaritaville? Was it Casa Ramos? Oh wait, it was that time she was at Travis' house and cut her finger on a broken glass. As Martinez said to the jury - folks, take your pick of stories!

And of course EVERYONE but Crybaby is full of crap...including her Utah paramour, Ryan Burns. Why would this dude lie about what they did in Utah? Unlike Arias, he actually took his oath seriously and told the truth and nothing but the truth so help him God.

I loved that Martinez called her an ORNATE, sophisticated liar (I think she is a dumb ass liar but that's just me) - but it was a perfect description of all the crazy lies she has told -- with fanciful, melodramatic details thrown in for the full Technicolor effect. There was the "I hope our kids play together" lie...that was a crazy one that she told after she killed Travis. She talks to Travis' bishop AFTER she murders Travis. She has to put that extra Crazy Train spin on every piece of crap that spews from her she-devilish mouth.

The Fog Rolls In
Another favorite of the day is when Martinez talks about Crybaby's "incredible memory." The quality of her memory is incredible unless it hurts her AND that's when the fog conveniently rolls in i.e the PTSD BS. Oh, yeah, and the fog rolls in when someone raises their voice at her - you know like, Travis or Juan Martinez.

And Juan asks the jury a very serious question: "How can you know that ANYTHING that she says is the truth?" based on her web of lies that she has spun. He tells the jury that they have been manipulated by her - as she sat there on the stand smirking and snapping!

The Road to Death Row: 1st Degree Murder & Pre-Meditation
Martinez went through the jury instructions - step-by-step - explaining why Crybaby should be convicted of 1st degree murder: No doubt she is guilty of killing Travis but what about pre-meditation and intent? Martinez said that she had intention and acted with pre-meditation (along with all her careful planning for her Mesa trip).

She Made Sure Travis Was Dead
Martinez also pointed out that a pre-meditated crime/murder does not need to be planned out months, weeks, or even days in advance. It could take place in mere minutes. She had time to reflect on the decision to kill him and that's what she did. And she did it three times. Did she just shoot him and run out of the house? Nope, after she stabbed him in the shower, she chased him down the hallway, and then went for his throat. And to make sure he was really dead, she shot him. She killed him three different times/different ways: she slit his throat, stabbed him in the heart (along with the other 28 stab wounds) and shot him in the face. That's NOT self-defense.

And riddle me this...Martinez also points out her bizarre behavior when she is interrogated after her arrest: WHY did she want to see the photos of the crime scene, and literally begged Detective Flores to show her Travis' autopsy photos? "I have a morbid curiosity!" Remember that eerie statement? Can you say PRE-MEDITATION?

The Gun Burglar
Even if she DID use Travis' alleged gun (which Martinez pointed out that she stole the gun from her grandparents' house and it wasn't Travis' gun she used to shoot him)...this was brilliant...but then it's still pre-meditation. She committed a burglary because she stole Travis' gun from his house. Another "oh snap!" moment.

The Heat of Passion/Manslaughter Charge Goes Down in Flames
Martinez pointed out based on the crime scene photos: did Travis look like he was ready to fight? (as he is crouched down in the shower). Why was Crybaby clothed? Why is the gun with her? So why did the shooting occur in the closet when she said she shot him while he was in the shower? The stories don't even match up! She even told LaViolette that Arias told her she shot him in the closet and LaViolette confirmed that during her testimony. There goes the Heat of Passion bogus charge along with self-defense!

The Grand Finale That Sealed the Deal

Martinez used the symbolism of the gas cans to drive his point home that Jodi Arias is guilty of first degree murder and asked the jury to do what's right, according to the law, and NOT to believe her sociopathic, manipulative lies!

"She wants you to carry those gas cans for her...Do NOT leave the courtroom with the stench of gasoline on your hands. It is your duty to follow the law and apply the facts."

Bravo, Juan Martinez!!! I have to prepare myself for tomorrow when Nurmi spews his BS and slander Travis Alexander's reputation to try and save Crybaby's life. Good luck with that one, Nurmi, because Juan Martinez is a tough act to follow and the defense team is SO out of their league after Martinez's shining performance today!

Stay tuned - court resumes at 9 am on Friday!
Between his burping, water spillage, and his overall bumbling foolishness today on the stand, I thought I was watching a re-run of "Hee Haw." Add Dr. Geffner's pornstache (thanks Tammy for pointing that out - a very key element of his testimony!) - can you say one hot mess of a witness?! I knew this witness was going to be a train wreck...but oh me, oh my!!!

I love how the defense pulled this guy out of their butts only a few weeks ago. Way to plan...and way to be completely desperate! The trial is actually still going on right now but if I wait to write my blog, it'll be midnight. I didn't think there could be a psychologist "expert" witness worse than Alyce in La-La Land, but oh yes, my fine blog readers and justice fighters...there is a witness worst than LaViolette!

The Reasons Why Dr. Geffner Won't Save Crybaby's Ass

1. Whiner asks irrelevant questions to test his no-brain knowledge. Ding ding...you lose, Dr. Geffner. No Jeopardy lighting round for you! Let's just say I know more about the brain (and I'm not Miss Science) than this quackazoid.

Big shocker! He is not even a medical doctor - sound familiar? Dr. Dick also tried to sound like Mr. Bad Ass when it came to his brain knowledge. Here we go again with the broken record lack of credentials: Geffner has a PhD, is NOT a trained medical doctor, AND is NOT a neurologist or neurosurgeon.

Okay, moving on...

2. Dr. Geffner NEVER interviewed Crybaby. He looked over her tests (aka shuffled papers and pretended to sound smart) and attempted to refute Dr. DeMarte's testimony -- I just heard "blah blah blah blah" after I found out he never interviewed Arias. Really? And WHY should we believe your testimony if you never spoke with Crazy Train Crybaby?

3. According to the dirt Martinez dug up on Geffner, the judge threw out his testimony in a former court case because he "made it up" and wasn't found credible. Uhmmm okayyy, that works for me!!

But here's the kicker: he's LaViolette's colleague and wait for it...HE TESTIFIED FOR FREE in this trial!! Either he felt sorry for LaViolette and Crybaby or the defense was beyond desperate or all of the above.

Personally, I think they asked the Magic 8 for the worst possible, shadiest, incompetent, unethical, moronic "psychologists" they could find in the United States of America. Not to mention, they all want to obviously ruin their careers by selling out to this she-devil and her Dumb and Dumber Team.

4. He knows jack crap about borderline personality disorder or the brain - read above about his lack of medical skills. He claimed she had anxiety and trauma (ohhh wah, another expert defense witness pandering to her poor Crybaby lies!) but didn't have a personality disorder. Not to mention, let's talk about the lame PDS test again - answers that were based on LIES!!!!

Gotta love Juan Martinez: "Do you go to the Alyce LaViolette school of...?" Too bad Whiner Willmott objected. Fill in the blank...Mr. Martinez, do you mean the Alyce LaViolette School of Incompetency & Unethical BS where they "edify" ALL is that Jodi Arias (aka The Kool Aid Kids)?

Oh snappp!!! So dummyhead Geffner..when does an exaggeration become a lie? Guess everyone can exaggerate as much as they want, according to Martinez...oh say, like Crybaby's test results that Geffner supposedly "analyzed"???!!!

Beth Karas tweeted: "Geffner reviewed 4 psychological tests conducted on Arias and rescored 2 of them. He did not speak to Arias nor did he review the police reports but he did review DeMarte's report."

Notice he did NOT speak to Crybaby. Who cares about rescoring her tests when he NEVER talked to her? And why would you rescore a test that was based on ALL LIES!!???

5. This dude thinks he's a medical examiner and talks about the gunshot wounds like he is an ER doctor and sees them all the time. Uhmm yeah, he has only testified in two cases that involved projectiles to the brain AND neither person was incapacitated nor did they lose consciousness. Sorry, Geffner, you lose (and Dr. Horn is way hotter than you and your pornstache). Uhmmm, he's not a medical doctor, is not a medical examiner and did not examine Travis' body or his brain. Yeah, smart move defense. Are you kidding me? Dr. Geffner has lots of medical experience - how about all those autopsy examinations he's never conducted? Good call, Wilmott and Nurmi.

Not to mention, Dr. Geffner spilled his WATER not once, but twice, on the stand and audibly burped while testifying (maybe he tied one on the night before???!!)

Your Southern "sir and ma'am" manners and your pornstache ain't winnnin' you any jury fans, bucko!!

Jurors Ask 21 Questions

The jurors paid attention and asked good questions this afternoon. I would have asked him this question:

"Do you realize you are in a courtroom testifying in a murder trial and that the year is 2013? Also, why do you sport such an unfashionable pornstache at your age?"

As usual, Martinez slams Geffner's lack of credibility (and is still slamming him...am listening to the trial as I type). I think he and Dick Samuels both have the "oh let me review my notes because I can't remember anything!!" syndrome. Oh no, not the fog again!!

I think this was the worst possible move for the defense and once again, more points for Juan Martinez. Geffner's testimony makes Dr. DeMarte look like the Einstein compared to the Defense Crazy Train. I don't see how they thought this was a smart move to put this bumbling fool on the stand.

Sidebar: Nurmi and Crybaby need to wipe those disrespectful smirks off their faces. Tick, tock. The Crazy Train has left the building!!! Your hours are numbered, Jodi Arias, and this testimony has sunk you even deeper into the Rabbit Hole of Alyce in La-La Land and now Dr. Biggest-Joke-of-a-WitnessEver Geffner!

But then Juan saves the day and puts Dr. "Hotness" Horn back on the stand...woot woot...I'll fill you in tomorrow about his testimony. See, Dr. Geffner, that's what a REAL medical examiner looks like minus pornstache (although, I did like Dr. Horn's facial hair!) And he knows what's talking about because he's a real doctor!!!

JUSTICE FOR TRAVIS!!! I feel so bad for his family - no family should have to go through this pain and horror.

PS - A big shout out to my awesome blog supporters and friends - you know who you are!! Thanks!
Before I dive into Dr. Kevin Horn's testimony (wow, he's all kinds of hotness--but I digress), I want to point out that Crybaby was putting on another display of fake boo-hoos (about as fake as her boobage!) for the court room today as crime photos of Travis' body were displayed. Then the melodramatic tears started to fall. YES, YOU did that, Crybaby, so why don't you look up???!!!

As Dr. Horn answered Juan Martinez's question about Travis's brain injuries - once again, we hear that NO, he could NOT have been shot first. He would have been incapacitated and wouldn't have been able to move or stand or reach out or walk the 18 feet down the hallway. No way, no how!

Let's Play a Fun Game - "What's Crybaby Thinking?"

Here is the internal dialogue that was running through Crazy Train Crybaby's demonic brain this morning. Her fake tears were so RIDICULOUS - she was only crying for herself AGAIN...tick, tock, Crybaby, time is running out for you.

Pan in Crybaby wearing her puke-brown top (she and Jenny were matchy-match with their colors today - GAG). Poor poor, Jodi Arias. She BOOOHHHOOs and covers her face with her greasy locks and flips her spidery bangs:

Sniffle sniffle boo hoo. I should have never told the gun/closet story. Goshhhh, Jodi, you are so dumb! Why did you say you shot him FIRST?! I should have been in the FOG when I was stabbing him NOT after I shot him. Stupid stupid stupid! Hmm, maybe I can change my story (lie) again!

Oh I'm so sad!! Wahhhhh!! Dr. Horn is ruining my life. Nooo, you don't know what you're talking about. Boohoo (shoots evil glance at Dr. Horn behind her greasy mane).

He doesn't know anything!! I'm the SMART one, not him. I could be a doctor. I could, yes I could! Sidebar: even though he's a trained medical doctor and has performed hundreds of autopsies.

I shot him first. Stop poisoning the jury! I HATE YOU. I want to scribble your face and put horns around your head, DR HORN MUAHHHH!!

Remember I had that fog and then I don't remember stabbing him and then I found myself in the desert with blood all over my hands...gasp, sniffle, sniffle..deep gulp of air...and then...and then...I got my case of Costco water from the trunk and washed off the blood from my hands.

Stop talking, Dr. Horn. You are so mean to me. You are ruining my perfect story. No no noooooo!!

Sniffle sniffle. Ohhh, I'm perking up now. Wahhh, sniffle, fake tear...Crybaby puts hands on her face.

My Evil Twin Jenny on the Block is now saying that a 25 caliber gun wouldn't have enough velocity to injure Travis' brain. Oh that's good, Jenny, keep going with that story. Yeah, that's it, you tell him, Jenny. Take that, Dr. Horn!! Even though Jenny doesn't know jack squat about anatomy and physiology, see Dr. Horn, she's SMARTER than YOU!! Yes, that's it, Travis could MOVE and run down the hall. He was able to get up, despite suffering a severe trauma to his brain thanks to the bullet I blasted through his skull, and sprint down the hall - even though medical science proves otherwise. Yeah, good one, Jenny, that's the ticket!

Jodi daydreams about Whiner Willmott while she cries her fake tears and hides her face behind her hands. Pan in on Crybaby's evil, demonic grin...Poor thing...no scribbling today!

I heart you, Jennny. You are my hero. I am gonna draw a picture of you this weekend and put pretty pink hearts all over your face, and I will even cover up your nasty bald spot in the picture. It's okay - even if you go bald, I will always love you and whisper sweet nothings into your ear. I don't care if you have an empty brain. I'm all the Einstein you need. I'll even leave my girlfriend for you! I promise to put you in my book and we can run away and have babies together...AND AND...

Okay now back to reality & the trial...

The jurors had only a few questions for Dr. Horn. Another sign that they don't believe the defense or Crybaby's shoddy closet/gun story aka LIE. Juan broke it down for us this morning - thanks to Dr. Horne's return to the stand: no way could Travis have been shot first. He had defense wounds on the back of his hands and thumbs which indicated that there was a struggle. A struggle means his physical body had to move - thus, he wasn't incapacitated and wasn't shot first.

Here are a few of the question asked by the jury - yeah, keep on boo-hoo'ing, Crazy Train Crybaby!

Why do you believe Alexander was still alive when his throat was slit?
Dr. Horn said he was still alive at that time, because of the amount of the blood that came out of his wound.

How many times have you seen injuries involving a .25 caliber gun?
Horn said he has seen wounds from .25 caliber guns about 200 times.

Yes, A .25 Caliber Gun Can CAUSE Severe Brain Damage!

Whiner Willmott attempted to use her big brain to basically tell Dr. Horn that she knew more about medical science then he did (which obviously perturbed Dr. Handsome Horn). Also, the last time I checked a .25 caliber gun can still do a LOT of damage.

Thanks to Tammy in my Facebook group for pointing out what happened during Reagan's assassination attempt: a .25 caliber gun was used when Reagan's press secretary, Jim Brady, was shot by John Hinckley. Brady was seriously wounded and suffered severe brain trauma as a result of the shooting and is still in a wheelchair. Willmott tried to impress the jury with her weapons knowledge (NOT!!): according to Whiner, a .25 caliber gun would only cause very minimal brain damage - to the point, that Travis could get up and run away! Yeah, uhmmm, NO!!! So there goes that theory, Jenny!!
Dumb (Crazy Train Crybaby), Dumber (Jenny on the Block) & Dumbest (Bad Posture/Chair Sloucher Nurmi) better start counting down the minutes...because time is running out for their sorry, sad excuse of a defense.
He will "attempt" (and I use that word loosely) to rebut Dr. DeMarte's testimony that Arias suffers from borderline personality disorder and that Crybaby was not a victim of domestic violence. This guy must not care if his career goes down the toilet. Bye-bye! He only has to look at Alyce in La-La-Land to see what happened to her career after her testimony. I wonder if she has left the country yet?!
It's a Festivus miracle!!!

BUT before I get into my blog tonight , Nancy Grace announced a HUGE BOMBSHELL tonight on her show.

The drama keeps on rollin' along with batshit crazy lunatic, Jodi Arias.

MORE CRAZZZZYYYYYYYY LIES:

Arias is writing a tell-all book in jail. She is also blaming Travis' death on Alfred Hitchcock's movie, Psycho. OMG, seriously??!! Grasping at straws doesn't even begin to describe her lunacy!

AND she CLAIMS she was pregnant with Travis' child but she miscarried. Ohhhh and his reaction was cold-hearted when she told him that she was pregnant. Of course, all BS LIES!! And it never appeared in her journals and she never told anyone. Sounds like her bogus self-defense/abuse LIE!!

She should stop writing the book because she won't be able to sell it or make money from it (or her fugly doodles) once she's convicted. Maybe I should send her information about the Son of Sam Law so she doesn't get her hopes up! That book is NEVER going to happen!

Of course, this is ALL hearsay at this point - I don't have proof that she is writing a book BUT I have been saying it for weeks that Crybaby was writing her tell-all book in the court room. Bingo!! I just can't wait to see her face when they take it away from her and use it as evidence against her.

Sorry, Crazy Girl, you don't have rights in jail. Your lyin'-outta-your-piehole scribbles are the property of the State of Arizona!!!

Closing arguments are scheduled for next Thursday and Friday, May 2 and 3. That's if slow-as-molasses "uhmmmm uhmmm" Nurmi The Annoying doesn't hold up the schedule. I have already called it that Ms. Crybaby is going to pull another fake migraine excuse and shut down the court for a day.

Blonde Hair Then Red Hair....and Voila, She's Magically A Brunette!!

Robert Brown, a detective with computer forensics unit of City of Mesa, was called to the stand by Martinez this afternoon. He discussed the photos found on her heliophone. Another Einstein move on Crybaby's part. Yeah, I think her high IQ is BS because IF she actually had some smarts in her BIG head (only big thing going on up there is HER ego!) she would NOT have snapped those photos on her cell phone.

Hmmm, before June 3rd she was still a redhead. Flash to picture she took of herself on June 3rd: she is now a freshly-dyed brunette. Oh IMAGINE that! Why would she dye her hair on a road trip? Hmmmm. Maybe because she wanted to conceal her identity, perhaps? Nothing fishy about that - I always bring a bottle of Clairol with me (just in case I want to trick people and pretend I'm someone else) when I go on a long cross-country road trip. And this hair color didn't look washed out - it looked like a fresh dye job!

Can you say....PRE-MEDITATION?

Detective Flores Called Back to the Stand: The Gun That Never Was

Detective Flores was called back to the stand by Martinez to discuss the closet shelving. He returned March 5th to measure and correct the corner shelving and photographed the closet. The top shelf, where Crybaby supposedly reached up and grabbed the gun (from the shelf to the ceiling) was 8 feet high (the shelving itself was 7 feet high), according to Flores. Hmm, I'm thinking she couldn't reach that top shelf even if she was on tip-toe (she's only about 5'6-5'7ish). Plus, she would have toppled the shelving! There is NO way that the shelves could hold her weight and the shelves would have been messed up and broken. They aren't sturdy shelves and are held up by four LITTLE pins - uhmmm NO way! The shelf couldn't even take the weight of a hand, let alone a knee or leg.

The faux gun was brought up again. Martinez asked Flores if he EVER found a holster, gun cleaning kit, gun case, spare bullets...basically, ANYTHING in Travis' house that would indicate he owned a gun. Flores answered a resounding NO to ALL the gun questions.

The jury asked good questions about the closet and gun - yeah, they are NOT buying her crap gun story:

Yup, bye-bye gun story! MORE LIES EXPOSED.

Nurmi droned on and on about the Daft Punk video - didn't we already cover this yesterday? Flores said there was no nudity in the videos and that one of the videos appeared to be a DJ playing music. Hmmm doesn't sound like porn to me!!

Video Clip Played - Crybaby Boo-Hoos Fake Tears

Before I dive into Deanna's testimony, I cannot believe Crybaby had the AUDACITY to shed tears when a video clip was played of she and Travis together. This was the PPL video when Arias was lying on Travis' lap acting uninterested while Travis told his harrowing story about being held up at gun-point. Talk about crazy eyes and FAKE tears! Wow, just wow, this psychopath continues with her dramatic crying ruse. She makes me ILL.

Travis' Ex Deanna Reid Testifies That Travis NEVER Hurt or Hit Her

Talk about a heartbreaking scene: Travis' family was in obvious pain in court today and bawled their eyes out when Deanna talked about Travis' parents and his memories of them. Travis loved his father, despite his dad's drug problem.

So let's break it down in really simple terms...courtesy of DA MAN, Juan Martinez:

Did Travis ever abuse or hurt or hit her? NO!!

Did he ever curse or scream at her? NO!!

Deanna Reid: "He never raised his voice to me."

Conclusion: Crybaby was NEVER abused!! Deanna is the second of Travis' ex-girlfriends to testify that NO, she wasn't abused - physically or emotionally - by Travis.

Did Travis cry and get really upset when Deanna broke up with him? YES!! This shows his sensitivity and he empathized with Deanna and felt bad for dating her because she wanted to get married and he wasn't ready to get married. He did NOT try to control her or force Deanna to do anything she didn't want to do - he let her go and they broke up - end of STORY. He didn't raise his voice or hand at her. According to Deanna, he also never told her who she could be friends with and never forced her to wear "sexy outfits."

Deanna remained classy on the stand as she was asked very pointed and graphic questions by Nurmi (what is up with this douche and his obsession with sex details??? UGH!!) about their sexual relationship. Of course, Nurmi was trying to show that Deanna had a "different" relationship than Arias. Can you say grasping at straws???!!!

Deanna admitted they were sexually active but had spoken to their bishops to confess that they had broken the laws of chastity. Not to mention, she told Nurmi - in no uncertain terms - that their sex life was their private business and that even Mormons are humans and make mistakes - no doubt!

She spoke the truth about Travis' character (not to mention, she has Travis' dog, Napoleon--that says a lot about what a good person she is):

"Reid said she did not continue to have sex with Alexander after they broke-up and he did not try to get her to have sex with him after the split.

"He was always a gentleman. He never pressured me," she said."

Jodi Arias was NOT liking Deanna's testimony at all and Arias gave her the stink eye a few times.

Arias' Lies Come A-Tumblin' Down: Walmart & Tesoro Witnesses Take the Stand

Martinez brought witnesses from Walmart (their asset manager who deals with fraud/theft cases) and IT manager from the gas station chain, Tesoro. The Walmart witness verified that Crybaby lied: no, there was NO receipt proof in their records/system that Arias EVER returned the gas can to the Walmart in Salinas and there was NO refund ever issued. ANOTHER LIE OUTED!!!!

The Tesoro gas receipts were brought up again by Martinez AND OH MYYYY, ANOTHER LIE. According to Young (the witness), Arias made three fuel transactions at Tesoro in Salt Lake City.

Latest Charge-o-the-Week: Manslaughter/Heat of Passion

BOMBSHELL over the weekend: Arias and her defense begs Judge Stephens to replace Murder 1 with manslaughter/heat of passion. I highly doubt Judge Stephens will allow the charge but it's VERY obvious that Arias and the defense are really desperate now!! Yeah, the defense is a little TOO late to change Arias' sob story now - sorry, you can't change your LIES, Crybaby!

What a day filled with Martinez's AWESOME witnesses (despite Nurmi's slow-talkin' nonsense!) It was a day that showed the jury - AGAIN - that Arias has repeatedly lied AND the defense knows they don't have a leg to stand on - thus, the defense is begging for manslaughter.

So which is it, Crybaby? Pick-your-own-murder scenario?

1. Ninja intruders - whoops, that was a big FAT lie!

2. Self-defense/battered woman's syndrome - nope, whoops, our crappy witnesses screwed me and the jury doesn't believe that bogus crap.

3. Voluntary Manslaughter/Heat of Passion - ok, yeah, so now I have changed my story to I was a raging jealous psycho bitch and I lost my sh** and murdered Travis. Yeah, that's my latest lie.

This is ridiculous and the judge should NOT allow this charge AT ALL. This is NOT manslaughter...NOT self-defense. She deserves the death penalty. She has lied and lied and all roads lead to pre-meditation. She knew exactly what she was doing when she went to Travis' house that night.

Another Lie Exposed: Forensics Computer Expert Testifies That NO Porn or Child Porn Was Found

Michael Melendez testified that he did NOT FIND ANY porn of naked women/naked breasts OR any kind of child pornography whatsoever on Travis' hard drive files. Oh yeah and Nurmi tried to show that the funny YouTube video on his computer was considered pornographic. I watched the video and the women were CLOTHED and it was funny--two women dancing around with tin foil boxes on their head.

It was not a porn plus DUHHH Nurmi, you can't post porn on YouTube - what an idiot!!

Oh SNAP...how's 'dem 'death penalty' apples looking now, Jodi Arias? We can only hope that the judge doesn't allow the manslaughter charge!!

She attempted to "intimidate" Dr. DeMarte (what a joke!) and tried to pull a Juan Martinez with her barrage of questions. She needs to go back to traffic court. The funniest thing is that she supposedly specializes in teaching other lawyers how to cross-examine witnesses. She is obviously a bad teacher because her whiny attempts to discredit DeMarte didn't work - yeah, okay, move along, Jenny on the (Chopping) Block.

Willmott's contribution to the defense is an absolute joke, and Nurmi just sat there like a bump on a log with his unprofessional slouchy posture...sorry to wake you from your nap, Nurmi! What a disrespectful slug! She is completely out of her league as she tried to mimic Juan Martinez's rapid-fire questioning...talk about a big fail.

What did we learn from Willmott's sad charade today?

DeMarte is a professional, credible, and knowledgeable psychologist AND knows how to properly administer psychological testing (unlike Alyce in La-La Land and Dr. Dick). Jenny could talk until she was blue in the face about TS1 vs. TS2 - who cares? DeMarte was able to logically and calmly answer Willmott's questions AND she wasn't rude or combative unlike Dumb and Dumber! Major points to Dr. DeMarte for being a mature, professional adult! Although, I know Dr. DeMarte was secretly thinking: suck it, Jenny! Your witnesses are dunces and I rule the school!

Fun 'Psychological' Facts of Jodi Arias by Dr. DeMarte...Courtesy of Juan Martinez

Hey Jenny on the Block, listen to the words comin' outta Dr. DeMarte's mouth: Jodi Arias does NOT HAVE PTSD. She has borderline personality disorder (BPD). According to DeMarte, here are the characteristics that identified Arias as BPD:

Quick-changing emotions - her emotions were up and down and ranged from happy to sad in a short amount of time in her journal entries (and throw in her suicidal thoughts)...I love him, I hate him, I love him, I don't want to live, I hate him, I love him, I can't live without him, etc.

Tendency to be dramatic - yeah like to the 1000th degree--wahh boohoo, I'm a crybaby, let me conjure up some fake tears...

Feelings of emptiness - DeMarte said Arias had feelings of emptiness inside her throughout her ENTIRE life (not just after she killed Travis)

Tendency to feel very angry and upset -- "inappropriate intense anger"--she had a lot of rage going on...to the point of killing Travis and stabbing him 29 times!

Hmmm, now let's look at her conversion to the Mormon faith (after only two months of meeting Travis). Dr. Demarte pointed this out which indicated "identity disturbance" - oh, look another symptom of borderline personality disorder. Imagine that!

Character assassination doesn't equal abuse: Travis called her names out of frustration and anger, and I tend to agree that there was truth in his words - I concur that she is an evil devil. Dr. DeMarte talked about the heated conversation, between Alexander and Arias, was a result of the fact that she had crossed boundaries (like stalking and whatnot), and that's why his anger escalated throughout the conversation. That's not abuse - that's just getting pissed off someone who doesn't respect you and invades your personal space and privacy! I would be pissed too! To sum it up: Jodi Arias was NOT abused (how many more times can this be said?!!!)

And Dr. Dick got his hand slapped again for his crappy testing protocol - according to DeMarte, he should NOT have filled out Arias' PDS answer sheet. Tsk tsk.

Jurors Ask DeMarte ONLY 19 Questions - Translation: DeMarte is Actually a Credible Witness!

Here is a list of my favorite questions that were asked today by the jury:

Who is at risk for borderline personality disorder?

Someone who was exposed to trauma and neglect in their life - yes, Jodi Arias. Invalidation by parents and family members - yes, Jodi Arias

Do you think her "mark my words" statement and smiling during the interview means she has borderline personality disorder?

This is an example of her self-esteem and immaturity - this was an immature statement which is consistent with borderline personality disorder - yes, that would be Jodi Arias.

Here's a no-brainer:

If she would throw out a PDS test if the test taker lied and said a bear attacked them instead of a tiger a tiger really attacked them?

Dr. DeMarte's answer: yes, she would throw out the results, because it was a different event.

Tiger. Bear. Yeah, two different animals. You know... like this possible scenario:...a ninja intruder killed Travis (a lie) vs. Jodi killed Travis (the truth).

The jurors also asked DeMarte about the camera:

Do you think trying to delete photos and washing the camera was an attempt to destroy evidence?

DUHHH!!! YES!!! Of course, she was trying to destroy the evidence. Yeah, there goes the fog theory. Oh, darn that selective amnesia!

Other fun tidbits we learned today from Dr. DeMarte - add these to your notes, jurors:

Arias got the phone number of a dude she met on the airplane and called him RIGHT after she attended Travis' memorial service - oh yeah, she was really upset and sad about Travis!!

She stole an engagement ring from Travis (that he bought for another woman).

Willmott continued to whine and attempt to discredit the validity of DeMarte tests (she got uppity with DeMarte at times, but DeMarte kept her cool!). Martinez asked more questions after the jury questions and he confirmed what we already know: DeMarte is a credible, valid psychologist who knows what she is talking about and Jenny on the Block is NOT Juan Martinez.

My observation of Jodi Arias throughout the day: she constantly looked pissed off as Dr. DeMarte talked. It was fun to watch. It is blatantly obvious that she does not like DeMarte...because she knows she is officially screwed now after this very compelling evidence that blew the lame defense witnesses' credibility outta the water. Oh yeah, and she doesn't like to hear a beautiful, composed, savvy, intelligent woman like Dr. DeMarte check off her laundry list of personality disorder symptoms. The steam was coming out of her ears and I just chuckled as the batshit crazy wheels kept turning inside her head!

Please note: NOT all people who are diagnosed with personality disorders are violent criminals. Most people with borderline personality disorder are more of a danger to themselves, and are not a danger to society nor do they harm others.

Court is recessed until next Tuesday!! Justice for Travis Alexander!!
You Be the Judge! I didn't catch this morning's testimony due to other real-life obligations. In true manipulative form, Arias faked one of her "migraines" this afternoon (why court was recessed early this afternoon). She was pretending to "look" sick and that puke-green shirt didn't help her sallow coloring either.

I think Arias just couldn't stand looking at DeMarte because she is prettier, smarter and more LOGICAL than Arias and her moronic defense team....and their lame witnesses. Not to mention, she is delaying the inevitable and stalling for time. If you are counting, this is her third "migraine" excuse she's pulled throughout the trial.

I had a lame Twitter idiot/Arias lover tell me that she didn't like my blog (thanks for the publicity) and that she didn't find a 30 year old psychologist to be a credible witness. I would take Dr. DeMarte's CREDIBLE, intelligent testimony over the team of Dumb, Dumber, and Dumbest (Arias, Dick Samuels, and LaViolette). Enough said!

This will be a short post tonight since I need to catch up with the trial highlights but I doubt I missed much - just the usual spewing of Willmott with her whiny voice trying to prove that DeMarte isn't a credible psychologist. Not gonna happen. You know, the voice that sounds like Charlie Brown's mother - wah wah wahwahwhwhwahahah!!

Ohhh NO She Dinnttt...or Did She?

The supposed "B word" bomb by Willmott is posted below - there is a hot debate that Willmott called DeMarte a bitch under her breath. I have listened to this clip repeatedly and I'm on the fence. I have good hearing and I'm not quite sure what she says. We discussed this clip in my Facebook group and the majority of the members think she does call DeMarte a bitch.

You be the judge - what do you think?

A big shout out to EggTree News Blog - this is a hilarious blog! If you want a really good laugh about the trial, check it out! So FUNNY! I couldn't stop laughing over the nicknames that the blogger gives the defense and Arias (especially Arias' nickname, Stabby).

"Jenny whined for a spell about DeMarte earning $300 an hour, which according to Jenny is indicative of secondary gain. Ironically, she, Heavy D Nurmi, and LaViolette all earn more, so she should probably stop her hypocritical song and dance about draining taxpayers (who are sitting on the jury, by the way). She also suggested Janeen was not a qualified expert due to the absence of “lecturer” on her CV. Perhaps if she had toured to spread the word about battered Disney characters rather than treat patients, she would have more credibility with Team Cosmonaut. Try as she might to imitate barky Martinez, Catty Jenny just cannot rattle Janeen’s cage. "

We all need a good laugh (at the expense of batshit crazy killer Jodi Arias) as this trial moves along at a snail's pace, but let's remember what it's all about at the end of the day...JUSTICE FOR TRAVIS ALEXANDER and support for the Alexander Family!!
